• It's elemental. Tea is 99% water, so your tea will only taste as good as the water you use to brew with. Choose filtered or bottled water and avoid distilled.
• Double up. Use twice the amount of tea leaves you'd normally use to double the brew strength.
• Cool down. If you brew your tea using hot water, make sure you let it cool to room temperature before adding ice.
• Build a better cube. Fill an ice tray with tea and freeze. Use the cubes in your iced tea for a flavor boost that won't water down the flavor as they melt.
