Minty Mocha
Those who love chocolate will especially enjoy this holiday twist on their morning drink. Try this for a sweet, comforting start to your day.

  • Fresh brewed coffee
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Peppermint baking chips
  • Whipped cream
  • Candy cane or peppermint stick

Start by brewing a batch of your favorite roast with a coffee maker, like the Mr. Coffee® Optimal Brew™ 10-Cup Thermal Coffeemaker. Stir, and pour into individual mugs. Top with whipped cream and add a peppermint stick for garnish.

Peppermint Spice
For a caffeinated brew with a spicy kick, try this recipe that includes cinnamon and hot chocolate mix. It will instantly wake up your guests and get them in the mood for the holidays.

  • Fresh brewed coffee
  • 1 packet instant hot chocolate mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Peppermint syrup
  • Mini marshmallows

Make a fresh batch of regular coffee and pour in a packet of hot chocolate mix. Since the mixture may become thick, add in hot water until it turns into an ideal consistency. Then, add a teaspoon of cinnamon and mix in some peppermint syrup according to your preference. Pour it into everyone's favorite mugs and mix in some miniature marshmallows to make it look festive and taste like the holidays.
