Summer is close to being over, but that doesn't mean we can't have a few more scorching hot days. You'll need to cool down, and what better way than with a new, fun iced coffee drink? Try some of these unique and tasty twists on your regular brew over ice. You'll love sipping on the refreshing, energizing treat!

Tropical Iced Espresso
Why have a shot of hot espresso when you can throw it over ice? Make it extra summery with some coconut for a pop of flavor while you're at it.

Ingredients

  • Espresso
  • 1 splash coconut milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Ice.

Directions
Brew a shot of espresso using your Mr. Coffee® Café Barista. Fill a small cup with ice, then pour espresso on top of it, followed by a splash of coconut milk. Add more if you'd like. Top with whipped cream.

Frozen Cinna-berry Coffee
What more could you need when you have coffee, cinnamon and berries chilled to perfection? Try this recipe to get all of the best ingredients in one cool fix.

Ingredients

  • Your favorite brew
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • Ice.

Directions
Brew a batch of your favorite coffee, then pour into a blender. Add cinnamon, mixed berries and ice and blend to your desired consistency. Drink with a straw for the best possible taste.

Coffee Banana Delight
Bananas and coffee make the breakfast of champions. Why not combine the two in the form of a hearty wake-up smoothie? Mix in a few other ingredients for a great tasting treat.

Ingredients

  • Your favorite brew
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 splash chocolate syrup
  • 1 splash almond milk
  • Ice.

Directions
Start by brewing a batch of coffee. Pour into a blender and add banana, chocolate syrup, almond milk and ice. Blend to desired consistency. The end result will be somewhat thick and frothy because of the banana, so add more liquid to balance it as you'd like.

When chocolate, coffee, and raspberries combine, the results are magical. Try this recipe over ice for a delicious way to rejuvenate in the heat.

Ingredients

  • Your favorite brew
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • Ice.

Directions
Brew a batch of your favorite coffee and allow it enough time to cool down to room temperature. Line a glass with chocolate syrup, then add raspberries and muddle. Add ice, then pour coffee into cup. Stir together and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cappuccino
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 large orange, sliced.
  • Ice.

Directions
Brew a cappuccino using your Mr. Coffee® Café Barista and let it cool down to room temperature. Scoop ice cream into a blender, then pour in cappuccino and squeeze the juice of the orange into the mix. Load with ice and blend to your desired consistency. 

Cookies and Coffee
Why just dip your cookie into your coffee when you can throw it right in? Add the classic sugary treat to your brew and put it over ice for a tasty new snack.

Ingredients

  • Your favorite brew
  • 1 chocolate chip cookie, crumbled
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream.

Directions
Brew a batch of coffee, then pour just 1/2 cup into a blender. Add the cookie, chocolate syrup and ice, and mix to desired consistency. Top with whipped cream for a delicious icy dessert.
