Great coffee maker! The Mr. Coffee Single Cup Brew was very convenient to have as I had my mother over for a 2 week visit and with her being the big coffee drinker in the family, this really helped me out from having to haul her to the coffee shops in town. It's the most convenient and easy to use coffee maker I have ever owned. The buttons and different selections are easy to understand and very easy to clean up when your all done with it. All in all I would highly recommend this product to anyone that doesn't have to serve coffee to an entire army.

DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL - IT'S A PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!I bought this model from Target 2 days ago and wish I had read the reviews on here before I did. I 've used it exactly 4 times. The first 3 I just ran water through it to clean it out and everything was fine. This morning I brought it in to work (the reason I bought it), set it up to go then walked away to get some supplies. What a mistake. When I came back apparently the water had run out of the bottom of the housing and soaked all of the work papers on my desk as well as the side of my iPhone. What a mess. I've been sitting here all morning waiting to hear my phone short out. This may be the most expensive coffee maker I've ever purchased.

Jekyll & Hyde x 2Opened up my second one today and it's doing same as first one. Tried to just run a 6 oz "water only" cup through first to rinse it out and it drained the entire reservoir to the drip tray area inside the machine, no water came through the K cup area. After that when selecting the 6 oz cup size; one time you get 6 oz's the next it overflows an 8+ oz cup and fills up the drip tray! It's almost like it drains the entire water reservoir. Sorry Mr. Coffee but this model needs some work.

Easy to use Coffee brewing systemThis is an excellent coffee brewer and does the job. Simple to use. I like the feature that we can place a taller cup and selection of normal or strong coffee.
Its not programmable and there are no digital displays. Feels a little cheap with the plastic parts.
It is as good as a Keurig. This brewer starts heating the water when we press the start button. There is a lag time between starting the brewer to getting the cup of coffee.
Pretty easy to use.
Plug it in, fill the water in the external reservoir for multiple cups of coffee.
Can ground coffee and not just Keurig pods.
Brews 2 cup sizes. (6 and 10).

STOP !! Don't Buy This Junk!Bought K-cup Unit. After one cup of coffee, the unit started dumping water all over the counter. I have cleaned the unit, used various K-cups, use water only, cleaned the needles, used several outlets, always used filtered water AND STILL IT not only dumps 6 oz of water on the counter and makes 4 oz of lukewarm coffee. This machine is a joke. I wasted $$$65 on it plus about five dollars worth of undrinkable coffee and several hours of frustration. Junk, junk JUNK! Cost to have repaired by Sunbeam not worth the expense of the machine. My advise is to buy a real K-Cup coffee maker from Keurig.

Very disappointing purchaseJust bought this coffeemaker at the store a few days ago. Same experience as several others have mentioned on here. Wish that I had checked here first before making my purchase. The reservoir is empty but there is water leaking out EVERYWHERE under the machine. Discovered then - by moving the machine - that there was water sloshing around INSIDE the machine?!? Water was definitely not poured in there. This is obviously a defect of this model. Truly disappointed as I was looking forward to using this NEW machine but it appears that my second hand coffeemaker was the better purchase.

Good, quick cup of coffee! The Mr. Coffee single serve brewing system is a great way to brew coffee whenever you'd really like some quickly and you don't want to make a whole pot. I REALLY liked the aspect that it came with a reusable filter strainer so you can use whatever grounds you'd like and you don't have to purchase the k cups. I also like that you can choose "strong brew" as an option. The water heats up in a timely manner and brews a good tasting cup of coffee. The size of the machine was nice, not too big on my counter as well. The one negative thing about it was the water reservoir. It seemed pretty small, and easy to spill water if you carry it over from the sink. Other than that, it is a nice quality made machine.

Water on counter and under coffee makerAfter about a month of research for our 1st single serve coffee maker, we when with the Mr Coffee one as it could use either k-cup or coffee grinds, with was a plus, and didn't want a huge reservoir, as we only fill it when we are going to use it. After about a month of use we have noticed that a we have water on the counter around and under the coffee maker, and seems to do this when ever we use it. Some how the water seems to leak out of the reservoir when in use and down the side of the coffee maker. Lately we have been keeping the coffee maker on a cooling rack with cookie tray under it to collect the water when it leaks out. Like the coffee maker, but very disappointed in the water reservoir issue. Maybe have to look at a different coffee maker.
