Rated 4 out of 5 by from If you have an older model, be aware that it... ...has changed from being conveniently hinged to being a two piece with the cover coming off completely. The store I bought it from has the hinged model on display, but when I bought the coffee maker and took it home, it had the two-piece instead. I wish it was still hinged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product I bought the replacemant water reserve. This can crack and leak if dropped and banged around. It's well worth replacing and such a low cost.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from so so I accidentally dropped the reservoir of our coffee maker and cracked it ... so i got on here and ordered a new one. It was easy to find and order... shipping took a bit and there was no communication after the initial order confirmation email. The reservoir arrived, and a small piece that holds the water sensor in place was broken. I just used a little super glue instead of having to deal with the whole return process.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Way better than buying a whole new coffee maker! I have been happy with this coffee maker and was very disappointed when the littler floater that measures the water level quit working because the lever that held it in place had broken off. I checked online at Mr. Coffee and found the replacement water reservoir was very inexpensive and just ordered that. Recieved it quickly (about 1 week) and am very happy that I did not have to purchase a new coffee maker, which would have been too expensive plus I was able to re-use instead of producing waste.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Customer Support I have a SJ series Mr. Coffee that beeps WAY before the coffee is finished brewing. There was lots of talk on here about a "reservoir sensor". I found none in mine. I also found no reservoirs that even come close to my coffee maker and its only two years old. I asked the question and all I got was three automated responses to the effect that "Your question went live!" What the heck does that mean? Thanks anyway, Mr. Coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great carafe I bought this coffee maker over a year ago and still love it. Dropped the water reservoir and a little piece came off, however I am still able to use it. I am ordering a new reservoir as it is on sale. The thermol decanter keeps coffee hot, so easy to use. Love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast, hot coffee We've had this model for a couple of years. I have only two complaints. 1) When it's time to clean it, you are forced to clean it before you can make another pot. Not good when you have a houseful of company and no time to run the clean cycle immediately. 2) My biggest problem is that the reservoir smells musty no matter how I clean it or how often. Would love suggestions as to how to get rid of the musty smell.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smells! We have had the coffee maker for a couple of years. The reservoir smelled musty from the beginning. I finally ordered a new one and it was okay at first but has gradually gotten the musty smell. I don't know what's causing it, but it can't be good. I guess we will have to get a new coffee maker even though aside from the smell it has been great.
