BLUEBERRY TEA

 

TEA KETTLE INGREDIENTS
1-1/2 cups pomegranate
blueberry juice
Water up to 5-cup level

TEA SETTING
Green tea
INFUSER BASKET INGREDIENTS
10 green tea bags
ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS
Stir into kettle after brewing:
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup agave nectar, optional
2 tablespoons lime juice
Transfer brewed tea to a pitcher, cool
completely and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, fill glasses two-thirds full
with tea.
Stir in: Chilled sparkling water

 

MAPLE PUMPKIN SPICED TEA

TEA KETTLE INGREDIENTS
Water up to 5-cup level
1 vanilla bean, cut lengthwise in half to
expose seeds
2 cinnamon sticks
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
TEA SETTING
Black/herbal tea
INFUSER BASKET INGREDIENTS
5 black tea bags
ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS
Stir into kettle after brewing:
1/3 cup evaporated milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
 

 

CARDAMOM CHAI

TEA KETTLE INGREDIENTS
3 cinnamon sticks
1-1/2-in. piece fresh ginger, thinly
sliced
Water up to 3-cup level
TEA SETTING
Black/herbal tea
INFUSER BASKET INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon loose
black tea
2 teaspoons whole cardamom pods,
lightly crushed to expose seeds
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1/2 teaspoon whole peppercorns
CUSTOM STEEPING TIME
5 minutes
