1. Decadent Dark Hot Chocolate

  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped into small chunks

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
