Iced Coffee Drinks and Dessert for a Sweet Cooldown

Chill out with these iced coffee drinks (and a decadent dessert) at home—on your front porch with a pal, in your home office, or on the sofa with your favorite show (we won’t judge). The Mr. Coffee Café Barista espresso maker helps you brew up everything from delicious iced lattes to espresso martinis in minutes.

Iced Latte

Nothing beats this refreshing, creamy classic.

Ingredients
• 1 large espresso
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 cup whole or other milk

Directions
• Place 1 tablespoon sugar in a large cup
• Brew a large espresso with Mr. Coffee Café Barista in the cup with the sugar
• Stir in 1 cup ice cubes and 1/2 cup whole or other milk

You can make your coffee as indulgent as you want.

Coconut Cream Iced Espresso

Espresso made extra summery.

Ingredients
• 1 large espresso
• 1 splash coconut milk
• Whipped cream
• Ice

Directions
• Brew a shot of espresso using your Mr. Coffee Café Barista
• Fill a small cup with ice, then pour the espresso on top of it, followed by a splash of coconut milk. Add more if you'd like
• Top with whipped cream

Mud Pie Milkshake

Espresso + cookies & cream ice cream… What’s not to love?

Ingredients
• 1 large espresso
• 2 cups (about 4 scoops) cookies & cream ice cream
• 1/4 cup whole or other milk

Directions
• Brew a large espresso with Mr. Coffee Café Barista, then refrigerate until chilled
• Place in a blender 2 cups (about 4 scoops) cookies & cream ice cream, 1/4 cup whole or other milk, and cold-brewed espresso
• Cover and process until blended, stopping to stir if needed

Espresso Martini

Cool sophistication in a glass. Shake until foamy…ahhhh.

Ingredients
• 1 large espresso
• 1-1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) vodka
• 1-1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)
• 1/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions
• Brew a large espresso with Mr. Coffee Café Barista
• Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice cubes
• Add to the ice the brewed espresso, 1-1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) vodka, 1-1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons) Kahlúa (coffee liqueur), and 1/4 teaspoon sugar
• Shake until foamy, about 30 seconds; strain into a martini glass

Affogato al Café

An elegant Italian dessert.

Ingredients
• 1 large espresso
• 1/2 cup (about 1 scoop) vanilla ice cream

Directions
• Brew a small espresso with Mr. Coffee Café Barista
• Place 1/2 cup (about 1 scoop) vanilla ice cream in a dessert dish
• Top with brewed espresso
• Serve immediately with a spoon
