Rated 2 out of 5 by from did not last very long it worked pretty well when we first got it but a couple of months ago it began to brew slower and slower. Then just would not brew at all , seems the heating element has gone bad. The coffee maker is 10 months old. We use it every day. I have others that lasted much longer. it is pretty well a throw away item.

We could not fill the unit and leave over night in preparation for AM use as water would leak out onto counter top. Got to the point that water leaked out during operation so we discarded unit!

I am glad I saved an old basket to put the filter in because the grounds ended up in the pot as the arm doesn't come out far enough and pushes the side of the filter down. For a less expensive pot it does the job.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It worked for less than a year I purchased the simplest, cheapest coffee maker I could find. It made coffee and less than a year later it stopped working. I found a different brand of coffee maker with a 2 year warranty. I don't want to replace my coffee maker every year. Though they are a sesspool of germs and fungus, so maybe it's good to replace it every year. I am just so disappointed with this company and the diminishing quality of their products.

It was working well until a couple weeks later thr correct ampunt of water poured into the reservoir wasnt pouring into the pot. Then one day the coffee pot broke. So I went to Target (where I had purchased it from) and they kindly allowed me to exchange it for a new one hassle free. I took it home and later that night my husband went to open it and set it up, however the entire top filter portion was all broken. So the next day I exchanged it again hassle free. I took it home and used it today for the first time and, like the first one, the water to grounds ratio was off by about a cup and a half. I had brewed a full 12 cups and a little less than halfway through the pot I notice the coffee was lukewarm. I took the pot off the warmer and tried wiping the warmer with a damp towel. The warmer had stopped working while the coffee maker was still on. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and out water in the reservoir, turned it on and nothing happened. The warmer wouldn't warm up. I went back to Target and just returned it. They apologized for the multiple inconveniences, but I definitely won't buy it again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems I do not know how old this model is I do know it is at least 10 years old. Bruce good it takes a while even after I completely cleaned it. What’s the problem I have is the water arm does not reach to the middle of the basket enough and the wall of the filter falls and then you get all the grounds into the pot of coffee and all over the place. Problem number two is I wanted like to know all your products lids warp like this? I had to pull it out to brew but it will eventually ruin my cupboards.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks out the bottom I bought this coffee pot and the very first time I used it, the water all leaked out the bottom. I can't use it at all unless I sit it in the sink so the water doesn't get all over. Plus I have to keep putting water in it to even get it to brew a full pot. I realize this is an inexpensive model, but it shouldn't leak all over the place. I contacted customer support but they never returned my email.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not happy with it I had a Mr Coffee for 14 years and it finally broke, loved it. Then I bought the same kind and it lasted 3 months and now it broke. I just got a bigger one 12 cup Switch Coffee Maker, not happy with it at all. Took 45 minutes to fill coffee pot with just water, and then wouldn't stop gurgling like it was trying to poor more water but didn't. I will take this back tomorrow.

I went to Walmart and bought an identical one and it brewed a good cup just like the other always had. It was purchased thru Amazon prime 112/15/18. I can not add a picture as my little flip phone does not do that. Check the computer concerning my call to yoy this morning...............

I purchased it at Rite Aid in Granite Falls, WA $27.00 overpriced and no longer have the receipt. But I do have it on my card. I don't recommend this product. I need to go buy another new coffee pot.

When we moved cross country, we left it behind and bought a new one when we moved into our new home. The replacement one lasted less then 10 months. We were sent a replacement which lasted only 6 months! What is going on with quality control?

Then add the fact that the water is just drizzled in on one side of coffee basket poor quality !

But I feel it should not take 8 minutes to brew 6 cups of coffee? Also after just a month of use the heat plate is pealing off paint or whatever finish is on it? I honestly do not expect this coffee maker to last very long.

I do wish it had at least auto shut off(the reason for 4 stars), but, other than that it is 2 years old now, and still working great.

The first one had to be discarded because with each time that I brewed a pot of coffee it would produce an awful "burning" smell. That smell was coming from the heating plate. Whatever coating was on there was burning off. The same problem is happening again with my 2nd pot. And this pot isn't even that old; maybe 6 weeks. I will now have to trash another pot and will be buying a different brand. No more Mr. Coffee for me!!!!!

This one is made so cheap, and what is it about the holes in the back where you pour water? The top is so thin I am afraid it will break loose at any minute. Every time I rinse the coffee pot the lid falls off. I will not buy another Mr. Coffee.

Within a month or 2 after using this model, either the plate burns out so I have cold coffee or it quits working all together.This is the 4th coffee maker in the past year. I am so disappointed and considering buying a different brand this time. I tried contacting customer support and it kept saying my name was invalid.

We had our coffee pot for years, worked great, no problems. Affordable for a disabled Veteran household. Brewed coffee better than Cuisinart we received as a gift! We went to Walmart to locate same model, they have new model with different handle. Please bring back this model!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HOT! HOT! HOT! Although the coffee taste great, the first part out of the box was scalding hot! Now after one month, the switch is stuck in the ‘on’ mode. I have to unplug it in order to turn it off. I think it melted into place!
