Care & Maintenance
Make sure your coffeemaker is unplugged and has cooled completely before cleaning. Remove the brew basket, pod holder, carafe, carafe lid, water reservoir, drip tray and wash them in a solution of hot water and mild liquid soap, and dry thoroughly.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great coffee but leaks from the bottom First Brewer I purchased had the same add water issue as reported. I tried all the things. Nothing worked so I exchanged it for a new one. Second one I followed the setup brew to the T and the add water sensor finally stopped telling me to add water. But the Brewer intermittently leaks all the water from the internal reservoir from the bottom. I thought maybe it was overflow but the whole Brewer was dry except for the countertop. I can't get it to recreate the issue, it's random; maybe once a week, it'll just dump water all over my counter. Incredibly frustrating. I'll use it until I can afford a Keurig, unless Mr. Coffee has a suggestion or replacement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2x purchase neither worked Bought this unit brought it home set it up. Kept telling me to add water... Ok thinking I got a defective product I exchanged it the next day. Set up the new one... Same thing. No matter what I've done it keeps telling me to add water. Customer service sucks as I've been able to reach no one for 2 days. I was very excited about this coffee maker. Now I'm just disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this!! I love that this coffee maker can brew either a k cup or a pot of coffee and it doesn’t take up a lot of room on the counter! We have been using a regular coffee maker since a lot of times we just brew a pot, however we didn’t want to get one that also brews k cups because they are so large. This one is perfect since the k cup goes in the basket. We have been playing around with brewing cups and pots of coffee and they have all tasted great. I like the fact that it has a removable filter that you can easily replace. The coffee maker is very easy to use and set up. We are very happy with this and would definitely recommend it!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed to say the least.... I've purchased Mr. Coffee since 1967. Always a great product and the prices are always great. I recently downsized and new kitchen is limited on counter space so I order the Space Saving Combo Brewer. I like that I can use the pod for one cup or brew in the carafe. Very disappointed! It brews a good cup of coffee but it is never really hot except for the first sip or two. The coffee is lukewarm in the carafe as 15 minutes. I am wondering if I got a unit that is defective but I have already discarded the carton and packing materials. I would rate it 5 stars but I want the coffee to be hot and the carafe to keep it that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the best decisions I made for my household! I have been in awe since using my new coffee machine for the past 2 weeks. All I can say is that this is a game changer. It takes up way less space then my old coffee machine and it’s super easy to use. My husband loves the coffee pod portion and I love to brew my coffee grounds so it’s a win win. The best part I love is that I can take out the water reservoir to fill it up with water or easy cleaning. It’s so easy to use that you don’t even need a manual. It’s perfect for the morning person on the go because you can program the coffee machine when to start brewing. I would highly recommend this to any couple because it’s the perfect combination.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mr.coffee pod+10 cup so amazing I love my mr.coffee pod+10 cup not only is it space saving you can adjust to how many cups you brew or if you only want a single cup I love that I'm able to pop in a pod when I'm in a hurry or it's just me having coffee and I love that I have the pot if I need 10 cups or anything else because you can choose 6 cups or 10 the pot is insulated and keeps coffee warm no matter what.It brews pretty quickly and isn't loud which is great. I love everything about it and I definitely recommend this if you need a new coffee pot that does it all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product! I have previously used a prior generation of Mr. Coffee single cup of coffee and it has been used in my family for over 15 years. Since our family extended, I felt the need to get a coffee maker that can also offer us a larger pot. I find it amazing how our old one is still working after so many years! Mr. Coffee's products don't just last but so is the quality of each poured coffee. The Mr. Coffee® Pod + 10-Cup Space-Saving Combo Brewer with its Stainless Steel finish is attractive enough to fit in with our other countertop appliances, easy to operate and easy to clean. It is well built and modern looking, but very simple to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work I bought this model in October of last year and it worked great for a couple months then the coffee started coming out luke warm and the carafe leaked from one of the seams. I called customer service and they did take care of me, I was very happy with customer service. They sent out a replacement and a shipping tag to return the defective one. The replacement does not work well at all. Most times I attempt to brew coffee it does not pump the water; I have to hit the brew button multiple times to get it to work. It makes lots of noise and spits out a little water then stops so I have to try again. This is just a poor design I think they need to go back to the drawing board with this one.
