For a possible fix, we advise you to try resetting your coffeemaker by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 3-5 minutes. You may also check the troubleshooting steps below: - Plug to a different wall outlet - Insert Filter basket correctly - Place the decanter correctly - Add the desired amount of coffee - Clean the coffee maker with vinegar Your coffee maker has a 1 year limited warranty.
