I broke my carafe tonight. Can I buy just the carafe somehow? I really like my Mr. Coffee Coffee pot. Are all the carafs for a 12 pot coffee pot the same size? I must have the model before this one.

I attempted to clean my coffee maker by using half vinegar, half water in the well now it will not brew at all and the water is just stuck in the well. I've moved the filter basket 8 ways to Sunday thinking it was somehow misaligned and I get Nada.

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. If your coffee maker is not brewing, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. For a possible fix, we advise to try resetting your coffee maker by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes. You may also check the troubleshooting steps below: - Plug the unit into a different wall outlet to ensure that the unit is receiving enough power. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. - Insert Filter basket correctly - Place decanter correctly - Add the desired amount of coffee Your coffee maker has a year limited warranty. Bought this model 9-21-2021. Approx 4 months ago. This morning made a pot of coffee. Less than an hour later wife poured a cup and it was 'cool'. I tried to make a new pot of coffee and the machine did not work. Is this covered under warranty? Mike

HOW to remove decanter LID to clean/put into dishwasher My old Mr. Coffee had a decanter LID that was easy to wiggle off the decanter to clean. Can't seem to get this one off(?) - and don't want to force it/possibly breaking it. Advise please.

12 cup coffee maker consistently over fills the filter. The inflow from the heater overwhelms the ability of the basket valve to drain the filter. Must constantly watch or grounds are feed into he basket and carafe. Must urn off to brain the basket.

Which filters fit in the 12 cup Mr. Coffee Simple Brew? The #2 filters that are up to 12 cups tend to sink in and spill grains into the coffee. However, the #4 filters only come in cone shape, not basket shape.. Help!
