Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke after 1 use Very disappointed in this latest espresso machine. The knob on the left to turn the machine to froth & drip coffee would not turn easily. It broke while trying to turn off. And, the location of where to place the knob has changed from the middle to lower end of knob? I now have the inconvenience of going out to purchase another espresso machine. I’ve absolutely loved my previous Mr. Coffee Espresso machines. I’ve purchased 2 others. I had to purchase a new machine as my last Mr. Coffee machine ran its course and the water would not come out. My receipt will show I just purchased on Sat. May 22. Today is Sun. May 23. You’ll also find the machine $10 less at Walmart then at Target.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from junk Bought this in Aug,2021. 6 wks ago, the plastic cover for the frothing wand broke into pieces. Today, the handle on the coffee filter holder broke off when i tried to take it off after making a cup of coffee .It will cost me nearly as much to replace the parts as to replace the pot. A coffee pot that makes one pot of coffee a day should last longer than 6 months.Total piece of garbage.

Cant tell if its plastic or coming from the boiler itself, when i figure it out ill repost. If i cant resolve the smell issue i may have to return the machine

I'm making my own lattes instead of buying them everyday. I recommend this machine to anyone and I also would recommend cleaning it before use. Which is something that you should do with anything you buy. Good product! Thanks!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Third broken machine since 08/2021 I am very disappointed with this machine, the first one the carafe fell apart I was mad but took it back. Waited for my next one, the carafe broke yet again. I just bought a replacement. Then the last one I went to make a espresso to enjoy this evening. I went to put the grounds in and connected the basket and the handle fell completely apart.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very surprised!! I bought this a few months ago. I used to work at a coffee shop and loved making coffee. I I use mine daily and usually twice a day. It is not like an espresso bar, but perfect for at home coffee. I have not had any issues!! I just wish there was more room between the bottom of the portafilter and the bottom of a machine for a bit of a larger cup. Overall I was very happy with my purchase and extremely surprised!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Wanted to try it out. Opened box and smells like Dollar General store Started it up to a cloud of steam and water pouring out. I didn’t want to spend to much money and I’m glad I didn’t. Took it back for refund. Disappointed in Mr.Coffee.
