S'mores Coffee Cocktail

Channel summer nights around the campfire with toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and a splash of coffee liqueur for a fireside favorite with a buzz from @bevsbybeverly.

Ingredients

• 4 ounces concentrated coffee
• 1 ounce whipped cream vodka
• 1 ounce chocolate liqueur
• 1 ounce coffee liqueur
• Melted chocolate and crushed graham crackers, for rimming the glass
• Marshmallow fluff, for lining the inside of the glass
• Toasted marshmallow and graham cracker, for garnish

Instructions

1. Brew coffee following the instructions for your Mr. Coffee 4-in-1 Latte Maker, selecting the “over ice” setting.
2. Rim a glass with melted chocolate and dip into crushed graham crackers. Add a swipe of marshmallow fluff to the inside of the glass.
3. In a cocktail shaker, combine brewed coffee, whipped cream vodka, chocolate liqueur, and coffee liqueur. Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
4. Pour into the prepared glass.
5. Top with cold foam using the built-in frother and garnish with a toasted marshmallow and graham cracker. Enjoy!
