Blackberry, Hazelnut Liqueur & Coconut Frappe Recipe

This summery recipe uses frozen fruit instead of ice, for a flavorful (and colorful) twist on berries and cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces concentrated coffee 
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries 
  • 1 shot hazelnut liqueur  
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Whipped cream, blackberries, and fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, frozen blackberries, vanilla extract and hazelnut liqueur to the blender jar of your Mr. Coffee Frappe Coffee Maker
  2. Follow machine instructions and brew a serving of coffee into blender jar.
  3. Add a few leaves of mint to the blender jar, then blend it all together!  
  4. Top with a spoonful of lightly whipped cream, garnish with a fresh blackberry and a sprig of mint!
