Blackberry, Hazelnut Liqueur & Coconut Frappe Recipe
This summery recipe uses frozen fruit instead of ice, for a flavorful (and colorful) twist on berries and cream.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces concentrated coffee
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 shot hazelnut liqueur
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh mint leaves
- Whipped cream, blackberries, and fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, frozen blackberries, vanilla extract and hazelnut liqueur to the blender jar of your Mr. Coffee Frappe Coffee Maker
- Follow machine instructions and brew a serving of coffee into blender jar.
- Add a few leaves of mint to the blender jar, then blend it all together!
- Top with a spoonful of lightly whipped cream, garnish with a fresh blackberry and a sprig of mint!
