Brown Sugar Oat Milk Iced Coffee
This delicious iced treat is just the way to start off your day… You’re going to love this Brown Sugar Oat Milk Iced Coffee!

Ingredients
Brown Sugar Syrup:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 8 ounces water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Iced Coffee:
- 1 (slightly heaping) large scoop ground coffee
- 6 ounces water
- Ice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar syrup
- 4 ounces oat milk
Instructions
Brown Sugar Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the brown sugar, water, and cinnamon stick.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often, until the brown sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat, cover, and allow the cinnamon to steep for one hour.
- Strain cinnamon from syrup and add vanilla extract.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Iced Coffee:
- Add water and ground coffee to your Mr. Coffee specialty coffee maker.
- Fill the included tumbler with ice up to the “ice” marker. Brew coffee over ice according to machine instructions.
- Transfer coffee and ice to a cocktail shaker or large mason jar. Add brown sugar syrup and shake for about 60 seconds, until frothy.
- Pour into a glass and top with oat milk.
- Serve and enjoy!
