Browned Butter Maple Latte

Enjoy the flavors of fall with this rich Browned Butter Maple Latte.

Browned Butter Maple Latte

Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 4 ounces ground coffee

Syrup:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, browned
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ cup half-and-half

Instructions

  1. Brew 3 ounces of coffee using your Mr. Coffee specialty coffee maker.
  2. Brown the butter in a small saucepan over high heat. Be careful to not burn the butter.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.
  4. Brew 4 ounces of strong coffee in a medium to large mug using your Mr. Coffee Latte Coffee Maker.
  5. Froth ½ cup of whole milk in the milk frother.
  6. Add the frothed milk and the syrup to the coffee, and mix. Top with whipped cream, coarse sugar, and cocoa powder if desired.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
