Kick off fall the right way with a classic Pumpkin Spice Latte!
Ingredients
½ cup half-and-half
¼ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons pumpkin purée
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ tablespoon pure vanilla extract
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (Alternatively if you do not have pumpkin pie spice, you can substitute with 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg for a very similar flavor)
Milk
Ground coffee
Instructions
Creamer:
Place the half-and-half, heavy cream, and granulated sugar in a small sauce pan on medium heat.
Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture begins to steam.
Add the pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice.
Whisk until mixture begins to bubble and remove from heat.
Stir in the vanilla.
Cover, and store in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
