Rated 5 out of 5 by joan from Great service! My ice tea maker still works, but the original pitcher cracked after two years of use. SO glad that I was able to get a replacement, because I love my ice tea in the summer! Better yet, I ordered 3 pitchers at once, saved the shipping cost, and have enough pitchers to easily make ice tea for my growing family when they come home to visit! They came in great shape, within a week, and no hassle.

Rated 3 out of 5 by keepitsimpleengineer from Essential but not so great... .. . These "new" pitchers have a frosted surface unlike the original smooth surface, and this encourages the growth of cultures that are difficult to remove. In addition, the original basket had a valve mechanism which held the hot steep water for as along as desired vice the new one which has a simple hole, eschewing control for simplicity. Also these plastic pitchers will crack easily if falling on a hard surface and hitting on the lower edge rim. In any case, I have used my Iced Tea makers almost daily for many years, and this last purchase was for pitcher #5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lil Gramma from STILL LOVE IT Actually I have 2 ice tea makers. One my mother bought when they first came on the market, that I inherited. Even though the "on" button has partially fallen inside the machine , I can still use it. I bought mine after trying hers. I make a pot of tea at least once a day, sometimes twice. I only have 2 concerns. #1 - the new baskets don't have the button on the side that lets the tea either pass through, or stay in the basket and steep. #2 - Carafes only last me about 6 - 8 months before they start to crack and leak. I bought the new one with the glass carafe, but I'm afraid it will break on my granite counter top.

Rated 5 out of 5 by EricB from Worked great Arrived promptly and worked just like the pitcher it was replacing. In addition, it included the brewing basket for making the tea.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tigger65 from Not as good as original The replacement pitcher is not as good as the old one. The top and brew basket are made of a cheaper plastic. I don't like the fact that you can no longer let the tea steep or stir the sugar and tea together and let it drain out. Also noted that the drain hole is smaller. I guess I have to add the sugar after the fact The pitcher seems OK but other reviews say it is hard to clean. I only recommend it because there is no other option besides buying a new tea maker. Note to company - most of the questions in the survey below are about coffee drinkers and the product being reviewed is for an ice tea maker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Skouch77 from Love my iced tea maker I have owned my Mr. Coffee iced tea maker for over 10 years. So sad when my carafe broke. Went on Mr. Coffee website and ordered 3 new carafes that each came with a lid and filter lid. More than what I expected!
