Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed The cover for the resivoir does not fit properly. It always looks ajar. This is the second time in 3 years that we have had to replace the reservoir due to hairline cracks/leaks. That’s not a great reliability record to begin with. I do understand that the reservoir is handled every day, gripped tightly when filled with water and easily bumped around. That said, it is not unreasonable to expect that the replacement should look as good as the original. The ill fitting cover makes the whole thing look cheap. Not happy

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Seating into mahine a problem. I was glad when the replacement reservoir arrived, but it does not seat well into the machine. I have to keep an eye on it as the coffee is made, as several times the water leaked out and spread over my counter. I press down on the reservoir and it works. Not the best situation, but it will do, as I do not want to spend another $11.99 + $8+ shipping to try another one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from it leaked, did not work. I did my research and was told that this tank would work with my current coffee maker. It leaked water all over my counter. and yes I tried it a few times to be sure it was not user error. I did not return it because i would have to pay more than what the refund would be to send it back. I basically threw away the $23 purchase, tax and shipping that it cost me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The replacement works just fine. We are very happy with our Coffee maker, it works just fine. However, one day while rinsing out the tank I dropped it from the counter to the floor. Unfortunately the drop cracked the tank so the replacement was necessary. It would be nice if the tank could take a drop ... but after all, it WAS my fault dropping it so I can't really blame Mr. Coffee.

I was willing to wait. The product was exactly as advertised and fit the coffeemaker perfectly. I’m a satisfied customer and would order from this company again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tank But.. I replaced the water tank recently and it is an excellent purchase. No mistake about that and I do prefer the Mr. Coffee website for replacements. However now the tank is not emptying completely when I brew coffee. Maybe there is an easy fix to that. Until I figure that out I will use my backup coffee maker.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Something is wrong with the plastic. I ordered this to see if it gave off fumes like the one that came with my setup. It does. I'd love to have these tested. The fumes burn my eyes even with no water in it. I use filtered water so it's not the water. So bad that I bought a different type of setup.
