Where can I get replacement parts? I need a new filter basket and a new blender jar. I got mine for Christmas and have used it nearly every day. The filter has separated at the top and the bottom of the blender jar broke.&nbsp;

We will make sure that our design and production team are made aware of your feedback. It's important to us, and it helps us to continuously improve upon our products and services. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the unit and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the unit into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the unit's performance. *Unplug the unit and plug it back in again after 60 seconds. If the basic troubleshooting did not work please contact us directly regarding the warranty or would like to obtain warranty service so we can determine the best resolution. No worries, we are here to help. A sour or bitter tasting coffee normally occurs if the beans are over roasted, or if you overcook the coffee. This can also occur if you brew your coffee with too-hot water for too long. Your coffee grind might also be either too fine or you are over filling the basket and tamping the coffee too much. To remedy a sour or bitter tasting coffee, use a slightly coarse coffee grind. This will help the water to seep through the grind more evenly without too much resistance, and it won&rsquo;t overcook the coffee. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
