Removing the grinding chamber is supposed to be easy. I have been rotating it but it does not stop. So far, I have unable to remove the chamber. Help please

I bought this about 3 months ago, worked fin, but started to stop grinding early. Seems the grinder bowl lips out of position, and when I checked, I saw the clear plastic edge was broken. I'd like a replacement.
