Hello Thank you for your question! The Mr. Coffee&reg; Multi-Grind 12-Cup Automatic Coffee Grinder should not be washed in a washing machine or dishwasher. To clean it, you can simply wipe the grinder with a damp cloth and use a brush to remove any leftover grounds. The removable parts, such as the grinding chamber, can be washed by hand. I need the same part replaced. It fell on the floor and broke - which doesn't appear to be fit for use since it is used in the kitchen and people drop things. I checked the replacement site and there doesn't appear to be a replacement for this item. If there is, can customer service please show exactly where to get this?
