Make sure your coffeemaker is unplugged and has cooled completely before cleaning. Remove the brew basket, filter carafe, carafe lid, and wash them in a solution of hot water and mild liquid soap, and dry thoroughly.

No worries, we are here to help. The possible reason for this issue is that the coffee maker might be having too much condensation. Also note that you may lose 1/2 to 1 cup of coffee during the brewing process, as some of the water liquid stays in the coffee grounds and/or evaporates. To lessen too much evaporation, check if everything is properly locked in place, most especially the coffee maker lid.&#10;&#10;Your coffee maker has a 1-year limited warranty.
