For a possible fix, we advise you to try resetting your coffeemaker by completely emptying the water reservoir and leaving the coffee maker unplugged for 5 minutes. You may also check the troubleshooting steps below: &#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;- Plug the unit into a different wall outlet to ensure that the unit is receiving enough power. Please know that the water filtration disk will need to be replaced once a month (approx. 30 brew cycles). Molds may accumulate if the water filtration disk is not replaced. Also, when you are done brewing your coffee, rinse the water filter disk with fresh water. We hope this helps.
