Pleasantly surprised
Look, I switched to all stainless steel a year ago but I figured I’d try this. Im pleasantly surprised
and found myself reach out for it often. We cant deny how easy it is to fry egg with nonstick!! It is lighter than my stainless steel, heat up fast and retain heat for a while too. When i leave my fried rice and turn off the heat, it will scorch the rice and make it crispy. You can see it crisp my bao up nicely too. I can easily make several dishes with this pan since it cleans easily, just wipe after each use.
And it has clear lid. Very satisfied with this!

A great addition
The Calphalon Sauté Pan in Silver Ash is a perfect addition to our kitchen. It’s a great size and love that it comes with a lid. It’s easy to clean, and nothing sticks to it with its ceramic nonstick material.

Cleaning made easy
Love this skillet so much. Cooks evenly and cleans easily. I’ve been handwashing but I believe it is dishwasher safe. The handle is sturdy and I like the color.

Easy clean, heats up well
This saute pan is great for everyday use (literally has been used daily since I got it) it has held up through cooking eggs and salmon pretty well. I use silicone utensils when cooking, so I can't comment on the durability of the nonstick surface, I think using metal would scratch it up quickly. The color of the pan is nice, it makes me happy to use it. I wash it in the dishwasher, but honestly hand washing it wouldn't be an issue, everything just slides off it. The pan is lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, easy to clean and durable enough for daily use, I recommend it.

Great product
Excellent quality, deep enough for larger meals. It can be used on glass top, gas stove, and oven.
Overall the pan seems to have a very nice bottom to keep anything from sticking. Super easy to clean, the color is great.

Heavy and good quality
My first thought upon receiving this product was wow, this is very heavy and well made. It is a true non stick pan, and is very easy to clean. The heat distribution was great, and food cooked the same no matter where it was placed on the pan.

My new " go to" pan for family dinner.
I really like cooking with Calphalon cookware but recently was able to receive a three qt sauté pan with lid and it has quickly become my go to pan .Like all Calphalon they appear well made of quality material and are very durable. Because of the even temperature you have "no hot or cold spots "and everything cooks evenly. Also the pan is not " heavy" like some cookware..Clean up is a breeze because of nothing sticks .Highly recommend to family and friends.

Versatile and nonstick
I was already a huge fan of celphalon prior to this campaign. I really like this new pan. The color is really pretty and looks nice on my stove. The nonstick coating on the pan makes it really easy to cook a wide variety of things, but you do have to take care of it. Make sure not to use metal utensils on it and I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher. 3 quart is more than you like. I could make a nice omelette in it or I could make chili or pasta sauce too. The included lid is really nice.

Wow this is an extremely durable pan and great if you’re making a large portion! This is a nonstick pan. It has a lid as well, to help with even heat distribution. It’s great for making sautéed vegetables, fried Pierogies, even hibachi food. I am so happy to receive this!

This Calphalon sauté pan is really nice. I love that it’s non stick ceramic. It’s also a really pretty soft green color. It heats evenly and is actually non stick. It’s a great addition to our kitchen and the 3 quart size is perfect for making side dishes.
