Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with this pan After 2 months of use, this pan is just not working out. We can't fully get it clean and things are sticking to it. I usually get the other type of Calphalon non stick pans and they last much longer. I'm disappointed after investing a lot of money into this. Am I doing something wrong? I don't know, I use oil to cook and start on low heat.

I have made many things with this pan that I thought would have been a nightmare to get off & came clean with minimal soaking or scrubbing.

I find myself picking recipes because I'll need to use this pan to make them. I only wish I'd gotten a bigger size for when we have guests. 11/10

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One month in, so far so good. I received this pan as an early Xmas present and so far so good. I've probably used it 15 times so far and am really happy with the cook. It cooked evenly with french toast, also pancakes but had to turn the heat up a little more than I usually do to get the sausage browned. Made chicken marsala on the stovetop and finished it in the oven, no sticking and really easy cleaning, just wiped it out with wet paper towel. I'm just going to have to get used to turning up the heat hotter than normal when searing things like scallops, chicken and sausage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pan! Calphalon 3qt Ceramic Saute Pan with lid in color Silver Ash. This pan is nonstick and works great! I have no issues with anything sticking to it and it is made of anodized aluminum with ceramic coating without PFAS. It heats evenly. You can even use metal utensils in it because it is scratch resistant. It is dishwasher safe, but I hand-wash it most of the time. It's also safe to put in the oven up to 450 degrees. This pan is 10.25 inches in diameter. This pan truly is great and great quality!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ceramic is not nonstick The best thing I can say about it is that it has a nice lid, that is the 2 star part. The pan itself is lightweight, non even cooking. The ceramic coating is nonstick for about 6 uses and then food sticks just as if you were using a pan with no coating. I need lots of oil to make the pan cleanable after use. I am careful with the pan...plastic utensils only and only a soft nylon scrubbie to wash. I would not buy this pan surface again and don't recommend it.

Our kitchen is packed with Calphalon saucepans, but this is our first nonstick, and I’ve got to say—I love it. This pan is incredibly easy to use, and it lives up to its nonstick promise. Cleanup is a breeze, even after cooking stickier meals. The 3-quart size is just right for most of the meals we cook, whether it’s sautéing veggies or simmering a sauce. It’s become our go-to pan for weeknight dinners. My wife is a big fan of the color, and I have to admit, it adds a nice touch to our kitchen setup. It’s stylish and functional—definitely a win in my book.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Even Cooking And Easy Cleanup This is a very high quality nonstick pan for every day use. We mostly use this to cook vegetables, and it does a wonderful job of both steaming and sautéing. It has an even heat distribution as well, so it is also great for cooking meat. This is the perfect pan to make a stir fry! It has an attractive modern looking design. The exterior is a grayish green color, with a silver handle. The lid is nice and heavy and fits the pan perfectly. The actual pan is very lightweight, but it still feels very sturdy. I imagine it will last a long time. The nonstick surface works very well, definitely the smoothest feel of any nonstick pan I have used. It also cleans up very easily. Food remnants slide out effortlessly, so no scrubbing is needed. We usually hand wash this, but we have also put it through the dishwasher, and it didn’t get any damage. The only con we noticed is that the handle gets very hot. We have a gas stove, which could contribute to this problem. But we have never noticed hot handles with any of our other pans before. We have to be very mindful of the handle when using this pan, which isn’t ideal. Otherwise it is an excellent pan for a variety of different uses, and I would recommend it!
