It's non-stick made frying easier. Cleanup was a charm! The sleek and powdered mint color is so eye pleasing. It heated my food fast and efficient. Great value in my home. Luxurious frying from now on. Will be buying the entire set!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So beautiful and easy to cook with These pans are so beautiful and glassy smooth! They’re super nonstick and was very easy to clean after cooking. I have a glass electric stove, so the flat smooth bottom of these pans was perfect for evenly cooking food. The sides of these pans are fairly low, so not ideal for large amounts of food, but perfect for smaller servings or eggs, quesadillas, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Hey, just received my gorgeous new ceramic pans today and immediately put them to the test, for lunch, we had chicken quesadillas, which if you know, you know some cheese is usually falling out burning into the pan and creating a tough cleanup. But this absolutely did not happen Everything literally fell off when I was done cooking I barely had to do a quick wipe down with my sponge and I was ! I’m so excited to try these in the morning with my eggs and retire out my old calphalon pans that have served me well the last seven years!!

They cook my meals properly and evenly. They are a little expensive but worth every cent. I chose the ash grey and it's a pretty color. I highly recommend and plan to purchase more cookware here.

I received two Calphalon ceramic pans (8-inch and 10-inch) in the color Silver Ash complimentary from Influenster in return for my honest review. The moment I unboxed these, I was filled with excitement! I love a great pan and I could tell these pans were higher quality. I know I’m getting older when I get excited about pans!! The Silver Ash finish is also really sleek and modern looking, so they add a touch of elegance to my kitchen and the match very well. These pans are nonstick, and after cooking an egg in the 8inch, it literally slid around the pan with no effort at all. This makes cooking and cleaning so simple! Mmmm The nonstick surface also means I can use less oil, making our meals healthier. What I love most about these pans is how they cater to my family's needs. My kids enjoy cooking, and it's crucial they are nonstick to prevent any frustrations because although they’re young, they need to feel confident. These Calphalon pans are reliable, indestructible, and produce quality cooking. They also have even heat distribution, so when I’m cooking it ensures that food cooks perfectly each and every time. The handles are great quality too! I was impressed because you can tell the quality is there. They are comfortable, the thick silver handles provide ease while moving or picking up these pans. They also stay cool, which is a great feature, especially for my kids. I’ve had plenty of pans in the past where i’ve had to use a towel while cooking. These two Calphalon ceramic pans have exceeded my expectations! Their nonstick performance, stylish design, beautiful color, and family friendly features make them a perfect add on to our kitchen. The 10" pan was exactly what I needed, and the 8" pan is a great addition for everyday use. Both pans have a well-balanced weight that makes them easy to handle. By following the care instructions, they remain easy to clean and maintain. They are excellent for pan frying, searing, and making pancakes. After checking the price online, it seems quite reasonable. Overall, they cook better than expected, fulfill all my cooking needs, and clean up effortlessly. I highly recommend them!
