Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yuck! I'm not sure what happened but the pancakes that I normally would have cooked on the regular nonstick Calphalon pans was so much better. The pancakes I just made in the 8 inch ceramic pan came out gooey and tasting awful. I'll definitely be returning these.

I purchased the 2 pan ceramic set and initially loved them! Sticking got worse over time; can not clean stains from the surface; seasoned them multiple times and finally have up. We can't use them! Really disappointed. No receipt so i can't return them

But if you like a bit of crunchiness around the edge of pancakes you'll need to add an oil or butter. I got these to eliminate pfoa's or whatever they're called, because they are carcinogenic. Our goal is more healthy eating and I do appreciate having this choice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from AWFUL These are the worst pans known to man. They were great for 2 weeks. Only have been hand washed and taken great care of. Now EVERYTHING sticks and we can’t even get them cleaned fully. They are so stained and gross looking, they look 10 years old.

Dishwasher safe, but because it rinses so well in hot water, it could quickly and easily just be washed with soap and water faster than it takes to find a spot in your dishwasher. Even heat distribution from what I could tell, did not overcook or burn with residue.

They are so nonstick that the first time I used them to fry an egg and I went to put it on the plate slid so fast that it fell on the floor as long as you just rinse it and wash it with a little dish washing liquid they will maintain, their nonstick. They’re very slick and with a simple design with the long handle that does not get hot. I recommend these pans.
