I absolutely love how durable it is and the fact that it can be used to cook so many different things. It’s dishwasher safe and super easy to clean. It’s scratch resistant and generously sized. I have three children who all goes to school and I always make them breakfast, this made the cooking time more faster when cooking eggs, pancakes at the same time, I also used this for cooking fried rice and it’s so convenient than using my regular pans, perfect heat distribution, easy to clean and very durable. Thank you Calphalon from a busy mom like me!

We also learned not to put this over electric stove tops- shorts the circuit there. That’s user error and on me. Nonstick surface works great and the size is enough to cook a fair bit on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy, Effective, Quality. I received the Calphelon Griddle for free to review!! I have used quite a few griddles of various qualities, some cast iron, some non-stick. This is the nicest non-stick cast iron that I have used. Multiple spatulas I used just *glided* across the surface. Making flipping things such as pancakes and eggs a cinch. There were even some instances of some singed food pieces being stuck to the surface, and with just slight effort they came off. Griddles have a common thought that they can be difficult to clean, I think this is the opposite! Very easy and fast clean! The handles are sturdy, and the lip/edge is tall so that spills are minimized. Naturally this will have a different functionality than a cast iron griddle. You will probably want both if you are a frequent cook, but as far as non-stick goes, this has my total recommendation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I made turkey bacon so didn't get to use it, but there is an east pour spout to make draining the grease or any liquid easy. I can't wait to cook more things on it.

Clean-up was a breeze, extremely easy, nonstick surface was an added bonus. Performed well making quesadillas on taco night. Would recommend as this item is outstandingly versatile in the kitchen!

It is easy to clean, seems to be durable however I haven’t had it long enough to tell and it heats evenly. My only complaint is that I would have preferred it not have 2 handles or such high edges - this way it can be used both on the stove and in the oven.

It is very easy to make pancakes and eggs on. It’s large so I had plenty of room to make multiple things at once, it also cleans up very easily due to the nonstick ceramic coating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Non Stick Is An Understatement 🤯 This griddle is THE BEST I’ve ever used. It is nice and thick. It’s made from VERY high quality steel. The surface is extremely non stick. It’s almost like glass. I baked several things so far and nothing sticks to it. Cleanup is simpler than any other dish that I own. When I cooked in it, the heat definitely distributed evenly and cooked the food evenly. I am still in awe over it. I also appreciate the color of the griddle. The silver ash color looks really nice and chic. It adds a touch of elegance to the presentation of the foods that I cook in it. When I use this griddle, it feels like my cooking experience is upgraded.
