Perfect griddle!
I am very impressed with the performance of this griddle. Made pancakes without any cooking oils and nothing stuck! A friend was over and used it to cook a full breakfast, and now they want one! Clean up is incredibly easy, too.

I bought this item 2weeks ago. I followed the directs on the website. Third time I used it, it warped corner to corner. Customer service was complicated for something I had in my house less than a week, After about 40 mins I was given an easy way to return this griddle.
I still have yet to receive my refund.

Nice but too light
I purchased this griddle to replace one I've had for 20 years. The new one is more "non-stick" than the old one and I really like it, but it feels too light when you pick it up. I know it's just a subjective thing, but I miss the "quality" feel of the old one.
