Good stuff, but not their best.
This is the most inexpensive skillet I’ve bought in several years. It was about 1/2 the price of the one I was replacing. I like that it is very easy to clean, but it doesn’t cook as evenly as I would like. But, it is definitely worth the price I paid.

Bad Quality
Bought this pan thinking it would last while especially with the price, although after using it 3 times the Ceramic has started to chip. I’ve called Calphalon several times with no resolution. Highly disappointed.

Excellent cooking results & breeze to clean
I ordered by mistake the 12 inch frying pan but the size turned out to be a good addition to my 10 & 8 inch pans. I was a bit concerned about the slightly heavier weight as I use more light weight cooking ware for everyday. After using the pan for a month, I looove the cooking results ( no more hot spots & even cooking ) & the non stick feature holds up. And surprisingly , now cleaning is a breeze!! You can just wipe is clean w/ a kitchen paper or a quick rinse w/ lukewarm water & a drop of soap , if you cooked with oil . Cleaning pan afterwards has become a breeze! Ordered the size 10” and 8” as well now. I highly recommend this product. You are in for a treat !

This pan is amazing and HUGE!
I use this to find my pierogies last night and it was absolutely amazing even though I have a small burner it just heated it up so quick and so fast it was absolutely amazing. The pan didn't even get dirty I wiped it out with just a sponge and a tiny bit of soap and it just was absolutely probably the best pan I've ever used!

Durable for daily use
I have used Calphalon non-stick cookware for years, and have been happy with them all. It's tough, durable, and also
heats evenly. The only issue i have had once is the non-stick finish wore away. However, this particular skillet is offered as having a more durable finish, and we are excited to try it! Recommend Calphalon highly.

Bigger is better with this pan!
Love the size of this pan. I can cook so much in it. The nonstick coating helps with cooking and cleaning. I like having a lid with this large pot, it helps the food cook evenly and helps prevent splattering.

I am OBSESSED with this pan. I’ve never had quality pans and now I’ll never be able to go back. The Premier Ceramic Nonstick 12” Fry Pan with Cover looks very stylish and is heavy duty. I’ve cooked bacon, sautéed vegetables, chicken breasts and everything has cooked perfectly. The heat is distributed evenly and the pan is perfectly leveled for optimal cooking. It cleans very easily which is a huge plus. I need the entire Calphalon pan line now. Highly recommend!

Durable and Beautiful!
I received this product free in exchange for an honest review on Influenster.
The calphalon pan I received is the mushroom color. It is absolutely gorgeous! It came with a cover, handy for stopping splattering or for melting cheese in quesadillas or grilled cheese. The pan is durable, strong, and food slides off with no sticking. I love this so much I will go buy companion pieces. It’s not often one finds a product that is both durable and beautiful. Calphalon jasmine done it!

I couldn't wait to test this pan because it looks so sleek and well made I wanted to make sure its performance is adequate. It didn't disappoint! It cooks perfectly, the heat distributed evenly on the entire surface and the food slides effortlessly and easily like I've never experienced before. It is also over and safe! And don't let me start it on the cleaning it's like a breeze - no scraping. I haven't tested it in the dishwasher yet but I will probably never do because I want to have this pan forever and will hand clean it every time, it is very easy so why risk it .

Easy clean up, solid!
What I like: This is a solid skillet and lid. Very well made. Even heat distribution. Scrambled eggs cook and clean up like a dream. It’s beautiful as well.
What is lacking: the interior bottom is t completely flat. Oil collects around the perimeter, leaving the center uncoated.
The helper handle (though sturdy) gets HOT! Beware.
Don’t try to cook fried eggs in this. They are problematic and stick.
Overall, I love this skillet 😀. It’s very nice. Just know what it works best for and what it doesn’t.
Thank you Calphalon and Influenster for letting me try this out. It’s a keeper and frequently used item in my kitchen.

This nonstick pan is my new favorite! The warm gray/beige enamel matches my earth tone aesthetic perfectly. Not only is this pan sleek looking, it cooks beautifully. We made
sloppy Joe's and nothing ever stuck to the pan. I like the nice flat glass lid. I'll be on the hunt to add more from this collection to my kitchen!!

Great addition to everyday cookware
How can you not love calphalon? I was wanting to replace our current pan since it’s got cuts and dings from overuse. Food has been sticking to it, and it’s just hard to cook with. This new pan with lid is perfect. Food cooks evenly and comes off cleanly.
