Thus far anything that I've fixed hasn't stuck, and the cleaning has been so easy! Just a few minutes of hand washing (not scrubbing!) and it's fresh and clean, ready for the next use! Absolutely an amazing pan to own!

I have also used it on the stove top. It heats evenly and has now replaced my previous square. It cooks up pancakes easily and evenly. It's a good pan and we like it.

I used olive oil when making my eggs, so I can’t say if you can use it with no oil, but the eggs slid right off. It cleaned so easily with no scrubbing necessary. It’s a perfect size - big enough for whatever you want to cook but doesn’t hog the stove. It’s a flat griddle, so it wouldn’t work for things that need a deeper pan, but I love it!

It has some weight to it a little on the heavier side but not the worst. As you can see in the video it cooks evenly which means it distributes heat evenly. Very easy to use and clean. Food just slides right off the pan. Modernly designed.

I liked quickly sautéing beef and veggies for fajitas. The heat evenly distributed, even on my glass electric cooktop. Cleanup was super easy with just some dish soap and a sponge. Much easier for smaller meals so that I don’t have to get out my electric griddle.

There is a small lip on the pan so it isn't useful for high quantities but things like burgers or grilled cheese do well. The heat distribution is good but takes a whole for the pan to heat.

The heat distribution was good it cooked over the whole pan (I cut bacon in half and cooked 2 eggs on it as well at the same time!) it was very easy to clean and I'm enjoying using the griddle it's versatile too, I can't wait to make casadillas! I love this cookware!

This pan didn't require any oil at all! The eggs slid right off! I also found that this pan works perfectly for reheating pizza, since it has a nice flat surface with even heat distribution. I'll be trying pancakes next. An added bonus is that it is ceramic coated, thus it is PFA-free, scratch resistant and it's oven safe up to 500 degrees.

The handle is angled perfectly so that the heat from the stove doesn’t affect the temperature of the handle at all. When all was said and done, the food literally slid right off the pan with ease cleaning was a breeze. I’m going to use this pan to cook everything.!!

I think you could fit 4 pieces of grilled cheese or French toast in the pan, but it would be tight for flipping it over. But if you were using larger than standard bread, you would not have enough room. This would be awesome for pancakes. Overall, it feels like a quality pan with even heat distribution. I would definitely recommend this product!

It can be used for pancakes, eggs, omelets, quesadillas etc. it has even best distribution and the cleaning is nice. It says dishwasher safe but hand wash recommended. I have only hand washed it.

The ultimate test of cooking eggs with no lubricant (no butter , oils, or sprays were used) cleaned with a damp paper towel and viola… like new!
