I typically use cast iron or stainless cookware, but always have a non stick around for eggs and the like- but I had never invested in a high quality nonstick pan- this Calphalon is next level amazing! It’s nice and weighty, a versatile size, and it is genuinely non stick- to the level of eggs literally sliding around the pan. I love the glass lid, and everything is well riveted and sturdy. I appreciate that it’s dishwasher safe, but it’s truly so easy to clean that I just give it a quick hand wash after using it. I honestly didn’t know that truly high quality nonstick pans EXISTED, and I’m hooked! I can’t wait to try more cookware and bakeware from Calphalon. Big thanks to Influenster and Calphalon for the opportunity to test out this fab pan!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy duty Thanks to calphalon and influenster for the opportunity to test out this pan with cover. We used it multiple times already to fry fish, cook eggs, hash browns, fried rice and other things in it and used non or a bit of oil and the food does not stick to it. It's also really heavy and sturdy, it is good quality and I belive it will last us for a while this is a great item for someone who cooks lot. Me and my wife cook every day and it's been a great addition to our pots and pans. We will be buying more of this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Caphalon premier ceramic non stick pan I have used Caphalon products before but have never used the ceramic coating nonstick pan! On initial level I was impressed with the packaging! The material quality of the pan seems sturdy, well made and it also mentions that its dishwasher safe, can be used on induction cooktop, glass and gas cooktop! Also free of PFA. I do make a lot of stir fry meals with lots of vegetables, noodles, rice and I can make several meals in this one pan. It does not stick and cooks evenly. I have so far tried to make crepes with no oil and it’s been a breeze! The batter didn’t stick! Also I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher that’s what the packaging suggests! The nonstick is excellent so it’s easy to clean with some soap and non abrasive sponge! It’s a little on the heavier side to be honest! Even the grip is a little heavy! Also the size is 12 inches and that’s enough size to make an omelette, stir fry, curries or sauté meat! Also it came with a sturdy lid! Overall it’s a well made product if taken care of and will last a good time! Again I would need to edit this review after a few months to see how the pan holds up! This product was sent to me by Influenster for my honest review!

It cleans in seconds thanks to the quick cleaning technology that also eliminates hot spots for precision searing, sautèing and browning. I adore the mushroom color and appreciate the many ways I can use this pan. It's the perfect addition to my kitchen!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Premier Ceramic 12’ Fry Pan Super excited to give this pan a go .. As this is our first go round with any ceramic cookware and we simply enjoy cooking. Standard large twelve inch pan with a glass lid and metal handle in the color Mushroom. This pan is heavy and definitely has some weight to it. As a result requires a bit of cautious handling. This was a breeze to use and incorporate with the various meals we prepare weekly. Warms up and cools down timely. Evenly prepared the shrimp we used this with during our first go with this pan. Overall this pan offered up a seamless cooking experience. No hot spots , burned, stuck on or improperly prepared sections while cooking. Don’t foresee any issues with this pan. As a result I highly recommend this one. This was provided complimentary from Influenster and Calphalon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best fry pan I've ever cooked in To say I am impressed is an understatement, Premier Ceramic Nonstick Fry Pan in the color Mushroom by Calphalon is a top notch cooking pan! Made with hard anodized ceramic coating, and heavy duty aluminum construction, you know every meal will turn out perfect. It feels like it is made well when you first pick this up, and it looks beautiful with the mushroom colored outer shell. The stainless steel handle feels perfect in your hands when you are cooking. The ceramic coating made it so I did not need to add any, or as much oil or butter to saute things, which meant things are healthier overall. And it was an absolute breeze to clean. I typically hate having to hand wash things, even though this is dishwasher safe, it is recommended you hand wash, but even still it isn't a problem because you can almost just wipe it clean because nothing sticks! This is a spectacular piece of cookware and every home should have it.

It's non-stick, it's the perfect size to make a meal for my family, I can make almost anything in it, it heats up evenly, and cleans like a breeze. It's pretty solid and feels like it's going to last a long time.
