Rated 1 out of 5 by from If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. We had the premier space saving hard anodized cookware for 7/8 years. The pans were starting to look very worn so I decided to go back to calphalon because we loved our old set. We went with the ceramic cookware and boy is it absolutely garbage. EVERYTHING sticks no matter what. I don’t know what happened to the quality of calphalon but it has gone down tremendously. Customer service responded to email and sent out new cookware but upgraded them to the premier version. Which was great. They did forget a pan and neglected to respond but whatever. The pans are just as bad. They stick just as bad and are permanently stained. They look worse than our old set. Now customer service won’t even respond. This company is such a joke. Now we are out money with cookware that is no where near worth what they charge. I just want my money back and they can happily take all of their cookware back. It is useless. Never again will I spend money on Calpahlon. The original cookware order is going on 5 months old, and the replacements not even 3 months old. Don’t waste your money

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing! My new FAV! These have turned into my most favorite pans! I will not cook without them anymore! Nothing sticks to them! The heat distribution is amazing! I think it’s impossible to burn anything in these. Great color should match any kitchen. The only reason they’re getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of them chipped on the back early, other than that awesome quality!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truly Non-Stick Pans 🥰🥰 This product is amazing. I have a set of Calphalon pots already and this ceramic finish on these pots is AMAZING. This has truly been a nonstick surface. I have cooked everything with the pots and I love them. I want to get more of the pots because of how amazing they are. An egg cooked flawlessly and did not stick to the surface. The color of the pots too is gorgeous. I love the difference of the color. It definitely stands out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth. Every. Penny. No PFAS. Dishwasher safe. Easy to clean. Perfectly weighted. Solid, easy to grip handle. I have been a long time Caphalon fan after receiving their chicken fryer back in 2014. Although their cookware is a bit of an investment (at least for me) it is so worth it: That same pan has been my go-to kitchen workhorse for the last 10 years and (with consistent proper care) looks and cooks as good as day 1. As do the sauce pan, 4 qt, steamer, etc. I have added in the years since. That said I am SO EXCITED to finally get my hands on the new Caphalon Premier Nonstick Ceramic 2pc Skillet Set. Somehow I was selected by Influenster/Caphalon to receive a free set for review (amazing as they have no clue about my current collection). Roasted Veggies: Perfectly browned and crisp; no mush spots here. Flank Steak: Even browning with crisp bits and a spot-on even pink layer straight across. Pancakes: Three batches done before the syrup was cold. Then the true test..... Shrimp Parmesan: Step 1: Deep fry the breaded shrimp Step 2: Broil the now golden shrimp in marinata sauce and an excessive amount of cheese. Step 3: Appreciate the Parmesan heaven created by Caphalon's Premier Ceramic pan. The shrimp were juicy and plump yet coated in the crunchiest breadcrumbs and the cheese was a sea of molten happiness. Serving was so much easier with this pan as the nonstick ceramic allowed me to just slide the entire dish right out of the pan onto a serving dish...like silk. Their nonstick magic had me looking like a pro. Yet throught the entire process the pan and handle were never excessively hot, nor does the pan now show any sign of wear even after all that boiling and broiling (not to mention the abuse from my experiments earlier in the week) Pulling it from the dishwasher today the Nonstick Premier Ceramic pan still looks brand new. As I have come to learn this is par for the course with Caphalon's cookwear, and trust will be even better with this latest Premier Ceramic line.

I like this intermediate size for frying up a quick egg or making a quesadilla. The nonstick finish is perfect for eggs or cheesy things—both for cooking and cleaning. I have been very impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dependable and easy to clean These Calphalon frying pans are elite. I love that they come in a set of two different sizes to accommodate whatever you may be cooking. Everything that I have cooked in them has cooked evenly and quickly, I couldn’t be more impressed! The best part is how easy they are to clean, you barely need soap and water, you can wipe these down with a paper towel once they are cooled and they are good as new. I also love that they are dishwasher safe if you need to go that route. I use them with silicone or plastic utensils, to prevent scratching and increase the longevity of their use. Also, I love the color options. I got the shade mushroom, and it’s a beautiful neutral tone. Highly recommend.

The ceramic is so smooth and slippery. The pans have a good heavy weight, cook evenly and the handle is very comfortable. It's the perfect combination of everything I look for.

Is absolutely beautiful and worthy of displaying on the counter with a gorgeous mushroom color. Food slides right off thanks to the nonstick coating, they are super easy to clean and we get a nice even cook on everything we make with them very happy with this cookware.

I have cooked several things in them already. The heat is evenly distributed. I do not have to even put oil in them. The food just slides right out. They were super easy to clean. I highly recommend these to anyone that loves to cook. Get you some of these pans!

In the pic, that is my homemade German chocolate cake icing and as you can see, no sticking!!! Cooks evenly throughout the entire skillet. These skillets are a MUST HAVE!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality! I was so excited to receive these two Calphalon frying pans in the mushroom color. The color looks more gray and compliments our kitchen well. As for the cooking-they are non stick and easy to cook with and clean up. We’ve done a few things in these pans but today was eggs. They cooked up nicely and evenly, and sat nicely on our flat cooktop. The clean up has been a breeze and they come with a lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend these pans!
