Coating Starting to Flake
My wife and I bought these ceramic pans to replace our Premiere nonstick pans that started to develop scratches after about a year of use. We only use silicone utensils with these plans and wash with water, soap, and a dish rag. Nothing hard or abrasive ever touched our nonstick and ceramic pans. We have had the ceramic pans for about 2 months and they worked great at first. But after making breakfast this morning I noticed what looked like a flake of the coating missing from the pan. It is just crazy to me that Calphalon can market these as safe for metal utensils but they can not hold up to gentle use and care. I would not recommend they pans or their non-stick.

Excellent pans!
Food basically slides out of the pan with almost no oil/butter. Finish has held up so far much better than other Calphalon pans we have used.
