Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice pan I recieved this nice Calphalon premier hard anodized nonstick 11 in square griddle pan by Calpalon in the mail and it really is easy to Cook with.We started with grilled cheese sandwiches and it never stuck at all. The non stick surface seems to be of good quality so it should not scratch or wear easily. The 11 in square design is about the perfect size for what we need to cook with.It has a nice easy to hold handle also. It is dishwasher safe and can be used with gas, electric and glass tops also.We are very pleased with this Calphalon product. Thanks for the opportunity to try it out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new go-to for grilled cheese sandwiches High-quality build, looks great but isn't flashy, and performs wonderfully - everything I ask for in my cookware! Of course the perfect test for any griddle pan is the grilled cheese sandwich, and this thing delivers up a crispy, gooey, piping hot grilled cheese sandwich like a champ. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the handle is a tiny bit on the long side, which may limit some people's storage options, but otherwise I'd say this is about as perfect as a griddle plan is going to get!

It heats up quickly and evenly once the stove is turned on. the pan is 11x11 inches which is a great size for cooking anything from burgers to paninis, even for our family of 5. I like that the bottom of this pan is flat (no raised lines) for really fast and easy cleaning. The pan also has a small lip that prevents liquids from spilling out of the pan when cooking. The handle is sturdy and stays cool when cooking. Cleaning is unbelievably fast and easy with this pan! Any remaining bits slide right off and the pan is dishwasher safe. You can even use metal cooking tools with it and they wont scratch the bottom. We love to make hot sandwiches for lunch now because the cleanup is such a breeze. Highly recommend!

It cooks grilled cheese and pancakes quickly and evenly giving them the same all over color. The coating of the pan is hard and durable making it less scratch resistant. Clean up is so easy!

It is non-stick and I love that the hard anodized coating allows you to use metal utensils since my kids often forget to grab plastic ones. This 11" inch pan is the perfect size for use on our cooktop. It is also great that it is dishwasher safe and I can put in the oven as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! Calphalon griddle pan is the best! It has a really hard nonstick surface and is a heavier griddle so it holds the heat and heats evenly. The size is large enough that you can use it for pancakes to grilled cheese. It’s not so big either that storage is a problem. I have mine with my cutting boards standing up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy, Durable I was in need of a new griddle pan and I am so happy I got the chance to try this Calphalon square griddle made with Mineral Shield. It is a very heavy and durable pan. Unlike my old griddle pan, it is heavy enough that when it gets heated it stays flat on the stovetop surface. This makes it so much easier and less messy to fry eggs and pour pancake batter because they won’t roll away from the original pour point. I also like how evenly it heats over the whole pan and as a result how evenly everything cooks. I have fried slices of scrapple on the pan and every piece had the same dark brown crust on the outside without me having to move and rearrange the slices to different spots on the pan over the course of their cooking. The best part for me though, is that it is metal utensil safe. I am trying to stay away from plastic utensils so it is great to be able to use a metal spatula without worrying about scratching and damaging the surface of the pan. The griddle is easy to clean and with its nonstick technology food will come right off without too much scrubbing. I can’t wait to see the golden brown crust that will probably come out on a nice ham and cheese grilled sandwich. I know I will definitely use this pan over and over.

All of their non-stick pans work so great, there is no need for any oil or sprays to keep items from sticking. If they're taken care of correctly, you shouldn't ever have an issue! and it being dishwasher safe is the biggest plus! I've used it on bacon, eggs, and chicken and it's been 10 out of 10. The pan itself is also very well made - you can tell just by looking at it, but picking it up, you can feel the weight and durability of the materials.

I run this through my dishwasher without issues and the handle stays cool while cooking. Food cooks evenly and I love that you can use metal utensils on it as well. It really is a great griddle that I enjoy cooking with, especially because nothing ever gets stuck to it!

I did not even need to use a cooking spray! Nothing sticks to it and it makes cleaning the pan very easy. It is a very durable pan and very high quality. I love that I can use metal utensils with it since I have had many other pans damaged that way. It is also great that it can go in the oven and dishwasher. I love the sleek look of it. This is a great griddle and I highly recommend this Calphalon product. You will not be disappointed!

So far I have used it to make crepes, omelets etc. Food never sticks and the non-stick coating is really good. I usually wash it by hand to maintain the quality. Highly satisfied.

This is a pan that is a good size, is not too heavy, and is built very well. The pan heats evenly and the non stick surface did its job as no food stuck to the pan. Pancakes turned out great, grilled cheese looked and tasted perfect, and ham steaks were evenly heated. The Calphalon name is one of the most trusted when it comes to cookware and the Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle Pan follows in the veil of those high quality products. This griddle is a definite ten in my book!

I have purchased several calphalon cookware sets and they all are durable and of great quality. It has a 3 layer nonstick interior reinforced with some of earth’s hardest minerals and is built to withstand metal utensils for everyday use. This one odd oven safe for to 450 degrees F so it can be easily be moved from stove top to the over for heating and cooking needs. It is dishwasher safe or can be washed with warm water by hand. Certainly built to last and will come handy for years to come.

No need to use a spray or butter as my French toast slid right off the pan. Much improved comparing to my old calphalon, which is perfectly fine. My next purchase will be a small skillet for my omelets!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large surface area with even cooking The Calphalon Premier Hard-Anodized Nonstick 11-Inch Square Griddle Pan is the perfect Griddle. I used it recently to make French toast. The large cooking area meant I was able to place 4 slices of toast side-by-side and still have plenty of room for flipping. While the pain looks heavy it actually wasn't and I love the long handle because it didn't get hot. The non- stick coating distributed the heat across the surface giving me the perfect bread. The only con is that the pan is a bit bulky so it makes it hard for storing.

I have a full griddle that I pull out when making lots of pancakes for the family, but it always feels like a chore to get it out of the drawer and clean it up after. This griddle pan is a perfect compromise when I only need to make a few things I can quickly heat it up on the stove and cleanup is as easy as any other pan! It is big enough to make 4 medium pancakes at the same time, and the non-stick is very good (haven't needed to use any cooking spray). The pan feels really solid, even the handle feels different from most other pans, very thick and ergonomic without making it heavy or tipping the pan. It heats up really fast and cooks evenly...I only have positive things to say about this griddle!

You can use it to grill steak, chicken hamburgers, toasted cheese and so much more.. This pan is easy to hand clean and store away. My best friend and mother in-law loved this pan after showing them how it works so I bought one for each of them for Christmas.

It truly heats evenly and its square design makes separating items in the griddle pan easier when cooking multiple items at once. I also like that it’s oven safe to around 450 degrees which makes it very convenient not having to transfer pans for the dishes that require multiple cooking methods of say browning then transferring to oven. I had no issues with food sticking to the pan and cleanup was a breeze. I highly recommend this one.
