So far it has not disappointed even after I burned sugar because I was chatting instead of cooking! Get this! It’s so useful for breakfast - I’ve even thrown it in the oven to finish off a frittata!

After speaking with Calphalon customer service 3 times and getting different answers, I was finally informed that it is impossible to purchase Calphalon lids that fit them. This really limits their usefulness.

These pans fit the bill, the none-stick surface and even heat distribution make for picture perfect eggs every time.

I would love to see a 6" pan too! There is nothing bad about these pans! Only wish I would have gotten them sooner!

My last 8 inch Calphalon pan didn’t do that. I suspect that’s because the pan itself has been weight reduced compared to the handle.
