Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Pans I’ve Owned Best pans I’ve owned. The non-stick is amazing and even with eggs I haven’t needed butter or a cooking spray to keep them from sticking while cooking. I have used these for several weeks with everything from chicken breast, to burgers and stir-fry and they are amazing. I have not tested the durability because I use silicone or plastic utensils. Too afraid to use metal as the pans claim is ok just out of caution. These cook evenly and look amazing as well.

They have not even a single nick and are like new. I love these fry pans. I have the 10 in and the 8 inch pans. Use them daily. I also have All -Clad and they are completely scrached up and not usable Very satisfied. .

My food just slides right off, from Lemon Ricotta pancakes, different kinds of bacon, Gluten-free Pancakes, vegetables, rice, potatoes! They keep them all burn free! My pans unfortunately have just started to lose a bit of their coating now, so they will unfortunately have to go, but I hope to get another set soon!

They can be also be used in the oven which makes it super easy to finish off a good steak. Make sure the calphalon pan you get is atleast 3 layers of anodized aluminum as that is the only one which metal utensils are safe for

The non-stick works exemplary, things just slide right out and clean up is a breeze. We also like the handle, being a bit flattened in shape makes it easier to grip, especially for those with smaller hands. Overall, it is a very good product with great features, if it continues to hold up, it will be a great purchase

I have cooked with these pans daily and nothing has ever come close to sticking. Another great thing about these pans is cleaning them is effortless. These pans are high quality and look great. They still look brand new.

I subsequently purchased a matching 2 piece frying pan set as well. The cookware is quality, heavy duty and a breeze to clean. This is the best cookware I have ever used. The glass lids keep food warm and look beautiful in use. My Calphalon cookware makes me a happy cook!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Size - Premier 10 & 12 inch Frying Pans I love, love, love these Premier Frying Pans. I use thes almost every day. They are the perfect size. They have a heavy feel to them which I also love, and the nonstick is a high quality. I have a complete set of the Premier cookware, but loved it so much, I bought an additional set of the 12 inch and 10 inch frying pans an additional 1.5 quart pot and an 8.5 quart stock pot. You never can get too much of a good thing. You can use metal utensils on them and they have a lifetime warranty too. Who could ask for more in a product used everyday?

My wife uses these frypans regularly - in fact it’s the only two pans she will use and reaches for them over other premium brands hanging on our rack (Le Creuset and All-Clad). She prefers the performance of these pans over the others. I considered taking off a star is because eventually these pans do start to lose their coating. It’s inherent in non stick pans… it happens to them all eventually with use. However, I’m staying at 5 stars because we have never had an issue getting these replaced under the lifetime warranty. I think we are on our third replacement, but in fairness it’s been about TWENTY YEARS!
