Rated 5 out of 5 by from durable non-stick pans has been holding up well i bought these pans over a month ago and have been quite pleased with their performance for even heating and non-stick properties. i was sick and tired of buying other pans that only lasted a short time before they lost their non-stick properties.so far, these have done very well and eggs still slide off and can be flipped without a spatula without ripping and tearing. we will see how they do over the next 6 months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nonstick pans live up to their name one month in i bought these 2 pans over a month ago, and have been quite pleased with their even heating and non-stick nature. food slides right out of the pan, easy to flip eggs, etc. we only hand wash the pans, no d/w. i will be interesting to see how they do over the next 6-12 months of usage.

I saw this Calphalon set and bought it to replace my old set. I never realized what I was missing out on until I tried these! I use it for frying to grilling and more. We cook a lot here to save money instead of takeout so these pans get used and abused often, but have held up well!

These pans work but I had stackable pans before and these aren't the same style. The 10" skillet isn't as deep and not a stackable, but otherwise, perfect for my needs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have used Calphalon non-stick fry pans for many years and I purchased this Premier set to replace pans that are showing signs of wear. When the box arrived I opened it and placed the new pans on my glass cooktop only to discover that the 8-inch fry pan doesn't have a flat bottom. There is a manufacturing defect that has an unintentional curve to the bottom surface. Additionally, the handle isn't attached properly causing the fry pan to lean in the direction of the handle. The manufacturing problems were a major disappointment in a product that used to be top quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from "Shaky" 8-inch Pan The 8 inch pan, quite frankly, has been a huge disappointment. Early on I noticed it wouldn't "sit" evenly on our range. Eventually I figured out the reason: the handle had been bolted on in a crooked fashion, with one side an eight of an inch lower (from the top edge of the pan) than the other side. I'm guessing this caused the balance issue. The 10 inch pan is fine and - no surprise - the handle was bolted on parallel to the top of the pan. Still love your brand, but this one was a dud.

I place an object under the pan handle to prop it up so that it sits completely flat on the stove surface
