Great quality

Learning curve
This is my first stainless steel pan, and I’d like to start by saying there is definitely a learning curve. I am still trying to get the hang of it and I’ve been using it for about a month. I wish i had beautiful food pictures to share, but most of what I’ve cooked has not been pretty. 😭
I will say it is tremendously easy to clean and I know it will stand the test of time by how sturdy it is.

Simply incredible, I needed a smaller frying pan and this fits it perfectly. Love the singular cooking surface makes it easy to clean and keep pristine. Handle can get a bit hotter than I'm used to but it is not boiling hot.

The Calphalon Stainless Steel 10-Inch Fry Pan is a kitchen essential that truly delivers. The build quality is outstanding - the size is perfect, it's sturdy, well-balanced, not too heavy, but made to last. One of my favorite features is the TurboTemp technology, which heats the pan up faster so I can start cooking right away. It's a surprisingly big time-saver, especially on busy nights.

Perfect for a nonstick pan!
I’ve been testing out the Calphalon 10” fry pan, and it’s a solid workhorse if you like classic stainless or hard-anodized cooking rather than nonstick. There’s no coated surface here, so you do need a little oil or butter, but once it’s properly preheated it cooks beautifully. It sears chicken and pork chops with that restaurant-style crust, and veggies get a great caramelization that you just can’t get with a nonstick pan. It’s quiet also.
The pan heats evenly across the surface, and the build quality feels sturdy in your hands—no wobble, no cheap lightweight feel. The handle stays comfortable to hold, even when the pan is screaming hot. Cleanup takes a bit more attention than a nonstick surface, but that comes with the territory for this type of cookware. I really wanted to love this pan but it did not work well for me. I have used it multiple times and the food sticks to the pan no matter what I use to cook with. The bottom of the pan was already ruined within 2 uses. Maybe it is user error!

Stainless steel and non toxic
I received a complimentary Calphalon Stainless Steel 10" Fry Pan from Calphalon and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This pan appears to be sturdy and has some weight to it. It is versatile and can be used stovetop, is oven safe up to 450 degrees, is freezer safe, dishwasher safe and metal utensil safe. I found it easy to use and that it cooked evenly. It also washed up beautifully. I like that the pan is made entirely of stainless steel and that I don’t have to worry about PFAS, PFOA, Lead & Cadmium. I look forward to cooking with it for years to come.

Absolutely love this pan. It’s very easy to clean with minimal notches and indents. Cooked eggs on here and the second time I got them to not stick. It’s a very functional and timeless pan that will outlast my nonsticks pans.

The pan heats up fairly quick and easy. Cooking on the pan was somewhat easy but had some sticking even with olive oil. Cleaning was generally okay but due to the sticking issues I ran into an issue there and the pan now has a goldish area in the middle of the pan.

Slick and non stick
This is a great nonstick skillet. It is very slick looking as well as functional. There is no non stick coating so you don’t have to worry about corrosion and ingesting any harmful chemicals. It has even heat distribution. It is pretty light weight but is also very sturdy. The size is perfect for cooking small family meals.

My son has used this several times but keeps forgetting to snap a pic, he maws eggs everyday in this and says he likes that it helps with not sticking and that ya don’t have to season the pan. Might buy some other styles.

I’d give this pan a 8 1/2 out of 10. It is very durable and lightweight, which is the added plus. I chose to make bacon eggs and pancakes to try out this item. It wasn’t as nonstick as I thought it was, but overall it cooked everything to the right texture that I personally needed it. I’ve never tried this brand before, but in the future, I’m open to purchasing.

The Calphalon 10-inch Stainless Steel Fry Pan is beautifully made and heats evenly, making it a solid everyday pan. I’ve been using it mostly for eggs, and while stainless steel takes a little practice, once it’s properly preheated and lightly oiled, it cooks them beautifully with great flavor and even browning. It feels durable and professional, and I love that it can go from stovetop to oven easily. Just be sure to get your heat and timing right; when you do, it’s a fantastic, long-lasting pan for eggs and more.

Versatile cooking
I really liked the overall heat distribution of this pan. I was able to get a nice char on the peppers and onions as well as keep them tender. The pan is not too heavy. Over all clean up took a little elbow grease to get it looking like new. I would definitely purchase other pans from this line. It has been a while since I cooked in a pan like this one.

OK for quick dishes nit for stir fry
This pan is just the right weight. Not to heavy and not to light. I cleaned it and made scabies eggs. It warmed up very fast and cooked evenly. It was easy to clean however it did stick a little in the end. I'm not sure of the cost.

High quality for low investment.
What an amazing pan! This is not my first Calphalon pan, and i love all of them. I have a gas stove, and I have always preferred Stainless Steel over other so called non stick pans. In the photos, i cooked bacon, sausage, and onions for my Zuppa and still, i simply wiped it clean with soap and a dish rag. Calphalon pans don’t break the bank but they are high quality.
