Love this fry pan!
I bought this direct from the manufacturer and have been loving it! We have an induction cooktop and this pan heats evenly and food doesn't stick to the surface. I hand wash it and clean up is easy.

Cooked evenly, wear shoes after one use.
Overall the pan was good, heated evenly. I did feel like I needed to use cooking spray and/or butter because it did not seem non-stick. Cleaning was easy, however the pan was stained after 1 use.

Learning curve
I love the size of this pan and the idea of stainless steel. I’ve been using it for some time, trying to get the hang of it. Sometimes it works well, without becoming a sticky mess, other times, I’m less successful, likely user error. I have to wash it by hand to get it clean.

Versatile frying pan
Calphalon stainless steel 10 inch frying pan is just amazing. Perfect thickness and very heavy but very sturdy. It’s easy to clean after making food. It heats very well from all the sides which cooks food perfectly. Handle doesn’t get hot, at least which temperature I use for cooking. It can be use in oven as well which is plus easy to give some dishes that char flavor. Overall I loved this pan.
