Love!!
I’ve been using the Calphalon 3QT stainless steel sauté pan and I’m really impressed with how solid and reliable it feels. The material heats evenly, and I love that I have good control over the temperature—nothing scorches unless I truly forget about it. It’s definitely not a noisy pan, and the lid fits well without rattling.
From a safety standpoint, the handle stays cool enough to grab without worrying, and the pan has a good weight to it without being too heavy to lift when full. Cleaning has been surprisingly easy for stainless steel. With a little warm water and soap, it comes right back to looking new, and it doesn’t stain or warp.
Overall, it’s become one of my go-to pans for everyday cooking—great quality and worth having in the kitchen.

Love this non-toxic cookwear option!
I absolutely love this cow on stainless steel pan. The quality is unrivaled, and I love that I can create my favorite dishes in a nontoxic pan. It cleans extremely easily almost as easily as a nonstick pan, but without the toxins. My favorite meals taste amazing out of this pan, and I love the size of it.

Great for anything!
I love my stainless steel pans. Using stainless steel instead of pans with a non stick coating is a great switch and this Calphalon sauté pan really does a great job. It is perfect for sautéing anything from vegetables to making a small batch off pasta sauce.

High quality steel pan
This is an excellent sauté pan. The stainless steel is very high-quality and the pan is nice and sturdy. I also like how comfortable the handle is to hold. I noticed that it heated up very quickly and evenly and made it easy to cook soups and stews. I also tried cooking with it in the oven and it worked pretty nicely.

Great high quality pan. I like that it's heavier weight and can be used in the oven. Its been easy to clean, both by hand and in the dishwasher. Even food that I thought was really caked on was cleaned off with minimal effort.

Stainless steel done right!
I was initially hesitant to switch back to stainless steel, but this Calphalon sauté pan has completely won me over. The difference is immediately noticeable, and it all comes down to their Turbo Temp Technology. Seriously, this pan heats up with impressive speed and, more importantly, distributes that heat with unbelievable consistency. No more frustrating hot spots! I can finally get a perfect, even sear on chicken or vegetables right across the cooking surface. Highly recommend! Will definitely be buying more Calphalon pans to upgrade my cooking game!

Good Quality, but Food Tends to Stick
I really like the look and feel of this Calphalon stainless steel sauté pan. It feels sturdy, heats evenly, and cleans up easily—which is a big plus. The only downside is that food tends to stick, especially if the pan isn’t preheated properly or enough oil isn’t used. Once you get the hang of it, though, it performs really well. Overall, a solid and durable pan that’s great for everyday cooking.

Quality at its finest. Beautiful pan. I used it to make steak and chicken cutlets and it cooked beautifully and evenly. Love that you can put it in the dishwasher. A great pan that is also healthy without all those terrible chemicals. Highly recommend.

This was my first time trying a Calphalon pan and I am impressed. I usually go for non-stick, because I feel that it makes cooking and cleaning up easier, but I had no issues with food sticking while I used it. It is heavier than most that I’ve used and I consider that to be a plus. It is dishwasher safe, although I have been handwashing it in hopes that it will last longer. This pan is oven safe up to 450 degrees which is a great feature, especially with the holidays coming up, and I did not experience the handle getting too hot to touch while cooking on my gas stove. I do have to note that the bottom did become scratched after cooking with it only twice, but that is my only complaint. Overall I highly recommend this pan and will seek out this brand in the future.
