Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the Calphalon I remember Feels light and cheap, not like my other stainless Calphalon pots and pans. Does not have the nice bottom on it that they all have. Also the hollow handle is not what I expected out of Calphalon, it’s cheesy and does not feel safe. I am disappointed in the quality and price point and the overall purchase. I literally could have gone to the dollar store and found a similar product. The ONLY redeeming quality is the graduated marker on the inside wall, but I feel like that will wear out quickly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New favorite sauce pan Great pan, it's a good medium size so super versatile. I love that it's stainless so it's built to last and can hold up to metal utensils. Not too heavy, and I like that it has the glass top. The handle does get a bit hot so be careful when you grab it off the stovetop

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great heavy duty quality that’s easy to clean. By far the best pan in my collection of stainless. The thickness and durability of this pan exceeds my expectations, and I love that I can use it in the oven as well as stovetop. The measuring lines on the inside of the pan make it easy for recipes, without having to dirty a measuring cup. The glass lid is also pretty heavy duty and doesn’t rattle around when boiling things. I have yet to find anything that sticks to the pan, or burns on the sides when cooking at high temperatures. I will definitely be purchasing more to complete the set and replace my other (off brand) stainless cookware.

AMAZING POT. this is our everything pot. from small batches of pasta to large soups/stew we will use this pot. it’s not scratched yet so far. it’s gorgeous stainless steel appearance looks sleek on the stove. it heats up it an okay time .. just depends on how much liquid is in the pot. came in. a neatly packaged box that protected the pot well!

It heats things evenly and will clearly last a while given the pot is thick and heavy and I may be converted to this line going forward!

The lid is beautiful. It doesn't stick it doesn't burn. It's easy to clean. I absolutely love everything about this. You guys need one for the whole set

It’s incredibly deep, which makes it perfect for everything from boiling pasta to making soups and sauces without worrying about spills. Rated 5 out of 5 by from A pot with BUILT IN MEASUREMENTS! This pot from Calphalon really SURPRISED ME! Not only was it a light weight stainless steel pot with no toxic non stick extra. It came with built in measurements! Why don’t more pots have these!?!?! Overall heats up great with sold heat distribution, and the measurements being built in really makes like easier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and durable I have been using mostly nonstick pan and was told that stainless steel can be a little difficult to use as it’s may stick if you don’t know how to use it. Well to my surprise, this pot was quite easy to use. I’m using electric stove and it distributes the heat evenly. It doesn’t stick at all if you preheat the pot and use the appropriate amount of oil. It’s easy to clean and seems a lot more sturdy and durable than nonstick. Since stainless steel is safer and healthier to use, I’m definitely going to make the switch. I’m really glad I get to try this pot to truly knows what cooking with stainless steel is like.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stainless steel, flawless pan If you know how to cook with stainless steel, then this deeper sauce pan is extremely versatile for cooking and easy cleaning. It took approximately 15 minutes to bring tap water to a boil on the second to smallest burner I have so heat distribution with the aluminum core is good. I have other calphalon pots and pans, but this is the first one that has the volume markers on the inside which makes it even better than my other ones for batch cooking. The reason why I do a boil water test first is because previous Calphalon products have quality control issues where the rivets for the pot handles aren't secured as tightly as possible causing a leak. I am happy to report that this sauce pan does not have that problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No regrets My new favorite pan!!! Just purchased an induction stove and of course my previous pans are not magnetic. This pan and other Calphalon pans in this line are fantastic.... heavy duty, well made and easy to cook with on new stove. I had some cleaning issues after a sauce and tried the vinegar and baking soda trick from Calphalon and it worked beautifully. ( Clean as a whistle and no water spots.) I have had to learn to cook a bit differently: heat the pan first before butter or oil, cook at a lower temp setting, etc. but it's about time I honed my kitchen skills anyway! Highly reccommend
