Wrong tool for the job
I want to like this product but as someone who regularly uses stainless steel for cooking, I could confidently say this is the wrong tool for the job. A wok is supposed to be used at high heat and high heat is also supposed to be used while pan frying and sautéing, something you’re not supposed to do is stainless steel. So when trying to use this walk to stirfry rice, noodles, etc it sticks everywhere. This could still be used to fry things with oil and boil pasta. If you use it like a sauce pan, which gives it some utility, but definitely not as a wok.

It’s a fantastic pan, heavy and double sided and a great thickness to it. Highly recommend works great easy to clean and goes in dishwasher but hand wash is recommended

I received this item for free from Influenster and Calphalon in exchange for my honest review. This is a fantastic wok! (I just wish it came with a lid). It's 13in and has five ultra durable layers including Stainless Steel. This is designed to prevent warping and denting. This wok is suitable for Electric, Gas, Induction, and Glass! It has Turbo Temp technology which truly heats up faster. All the other info you'll see in the images. This wok truly is amazing!! It really does heat up really quickly and evenly. Perfect for making stir fry! I'm so excited to get creative with this wok!! Definitely recommended!!

Calphalon Prem Ss Wok is now my favorite pan to do yakisoba. It is perfect how it’s a big bowl pan and you can stir the rice and all ingredients. What I love the most about this item is the quality. It is scratch resistance and it’s not hard to clean. And it’s not too heavy as other brands. My now favorite accessory in my kitchen ❤️

I received a Calphalon Non-Toxic Stainless Steel Cooking - Wok 13in, in exchange for my honest review. The Wok heated up quickly, food didn't stick or burn. It was easy to clean it as well. Easy to use and I like it that you can use it in the oven as well. I only wish it came with a lid.

I recently used the Calphalon stainless steel wok to fry beef, and it performed beautifully. The pan heated up quickly and evenly, giving the beef a perfect sear and great caramelization without burning. I really appreciate how responsive it is to temperature changes — it makes controlling the heat easy, which is key when stir-frying.

Incredible Stainless Steel Wom
I love my new Wok!!! It is incredibly nice and the best thing is rhay it is stainless steel and doesnt have all of those ppf chemicals. Im going to be using it to make some Asian food especially General Tso's chicken so cant wait. It does weight alot but the size is perfect for family size dishes.

High quality piece of cookware but no lid
Stunning piece of cookware and such a versatile addition to my kitchen. The stainless steel finish is beautiful inside and out. Feels solid and high quality. Although large, it’s not too heavy, and the additional smaller handle makes this easy to maneuver while cooking. Love that it is both oven safe and dishwasher safe as well. My only complaint is that this does not come with a lid! Had to knock a star for that.
