Rated 3 out of 5 by from Materials getting less I bought this to replace same size Calphalon fry pan I ruined (long story). Because of the curved sides, this pan has less flat space to cook on and is less heavy. Seems lower quality than what I had, but will see how it holds up over time. Love the lid though - didn’t have one for my previous fry pan.

I wanted to buy the same style of the model and the newer one is a different design thinner metal dark black Teflon the handle is not as robust but still a good pan just not the same as the original product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect everyday pan This pan has been my go-to for most everything. for me, the lid is a necessity because it adds versatility for all kinds of cooking, from breakfast eggs and pancakes, to dinners of fish or vegetables. This most recent purchase is improved over the past ones I have purchased in that it is lighter and conducts heat even better than before. It will last for years, and it holds up well in the dishwasher.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Originally, we bought a full set at Bed, Bath, and Beyond. After that set wore out, and BB&B went out of business, we bought another set online. This pan wore out (most used pan), so I wanted to replace it. I did. But, it's not the same. The original sets have a sturdier feel. The handle on the pan is hollow. The lid has a less sturdy construction feel to it. The pan feels lighter. The construction feels more like a Walmart T-Fal pan than a original Cephalon pan. It is atill a good product and the new design may prove worth the cost. Unknown how long it will hold up.

My brother has used calphalon anodized pans for years, so I finally replaced my worn out pan, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and non-stick performance.

Although I haven't used in a lot, it seems to cook well. Plus, there is a cover as most 10 frying pans don't come with a cover. Since I haven't had it for very long, I can't comment how long before I have to replace it.

I like the pan, it is easy to hold, my husband can flip his eggs in it and that impresses him. But when I was drying it after about a month maybe two of use I see wear on the finish already. Just a shadow. No metal utensils have been used on the pan, and there isn't any cuts.

We have used this one pan every single day for months now and it is still as new. The bottom of the pan hasn’t rusted. It is so incredibly nonstick- you can cook eggs without spraying the pan first. I know I’ve been promised that before with other pans and they don’t hold up long to be able to stay nonstick after so many uses. This pan is probably the best I’ve ever used. I love that it comes with a lid and we can cook literally anything with this pan. I’m definitely buying more from this brand!!
