Truly great pan

Love cooking with these!
I have one like it, but was hoping for the taller sided one. I love the way these pans cook! Unfortunately, the original non-stick finish has not held up so well. I'm after the new non-stick finish. I want to be sure that my pans don't lose their finish!

Decent nonstick
The pan heats up pretty quickly and evenly. Cooking with it was pretty straightforward. Nothing was burned on or stuck to the pan, making cleanup a breeze.

Nice color maybe not as good inside
I ordered this one about an hour before I got the email for the Blue Spruce Ceramic. I like the pan, it is easy to hold, my husband can flip his eggs in it and that impresses him. But when I was drying it after about a month maybe two of use I see wear on the finish already. Just a shadow. No metal utensils have been used on the pan, and there isn't any cuts.

LOVE- one and done pan!
Ok me and my husband are in love with our pan! I wanted to wait a bit to give a true review of how it holds up, and boy, it did not disappoint. We have used this one pan every single day for months now and it is still as new. The bottom of the pan hasn’t rusted. It is so incredibly nonstick- you can cook eggs without spraying the pan first. I know I’ve been promised that before with other pans and they don’t hold up long to be able to stay nonstick after so many uses. This pan is probably the best I’ve ever used. I love that it comes with a lid and we can cook literally anything with this pan. I’m definitely buying more from this brand!!

NS didn't lay even one use
One use to earn chicken and used a rubber spatula, one light wash with ns sponge, and the ns finish has cracks/fishers. Returned, but still waiting on refund.

So far so good, cleaning made easy and can handle with ease. We threw all of our two going type pans away and this is our only one other than our stainless steal to prevent forever chemicals to seep into our food. Will use this on occasion

Must buy!
I LOVE this pan. I want more to make an entire set. I don’t have a picture because as I make food I just finish and don’t take a picture. It’s so easy to use and to clean. I didn’t realize how bad my old ones were until I got this one.
I’ve made eggs, hamburger helper, taco meat, browned chicken, a pasta sauce, and browned butter for baking in it. I have. It burned anything!
This is the family favorite pan now. That’s sounds stupid but it’s true. I’m not sure how much it is but it’s proved it’s worth. Can’t wait to complete my set!

I love the pan so much
These are great pans. The oil infused ceramic coating is amazing for non stick. The measurements inside the pans is great and easy to use. The straining lids are another great add. These pans check all the boxes. You do need to be careful of the coating though. I found my children to be careless when placing things inside them while they were in the sink. That can easily cause scratches.

Love it! Lightweight but sturdy
It is surprisingly to feel something so lightweight that also feels so heavy duty. The lid and pan fit together perfectly. Moisture doesn’t escape. It washes easily. We really like it and we’re pleasantly surprised. If all of Calphalon products are like this, I would get more.

I have a set of stainless steel pans that I love, but I can’t cook eggs in them without burning them. This pan I can cook them perfectly without issue. It’s a breeze to cook anything in and cleans in a jiff. My favorite pan overall

Great Pan!
The pan works great I love that it came with a glass lid. It holds the heat perfectly and is so easy to use. I like that things don't stick to it and it's pretty light not very heavy. The only dislike I have about it is that It feels like the durability of the pan won't be long but I could be mistaken. Other than that the pan is great and I would definitely recommend getting it.

So happy for a new pan
I was excited to receive this. My old 10 inch pan was on its last legs (different brand). This was a nonstick and works excellent. Evenly heats the pan well, washing was a breeze. The only thing I wish was the handle had some sort of heat protection on it. It’s a stainless handle which can get hot.

Easy to clean and cook a variety of dishes
I like this pan, it's just the right size and thick. It heats the pan evenly and fries food very well. The only downside is that the handle gets a bit hot if cooked for a long time on the stove.
