Love my Calphalon!
My Calphalon 10" Frying Pan with Lid is a wonder! It is so nice to have a pan that does not have eggs or potatoes stick to it! The lid fits properly and easily. Our electric stove heats the metal used quite evenly because of its conduciveness'. My husband learned to cook using Calphalon and he just loves it when he cleans up! We do not use metal spatulas when frying but we do use metal things for serving. We have not had trouble with scratches in these awesome pans. I recommend these pans to my friends often.

Hard-Anodized Nonstick 10 Frying Pan with Lid
I use this 10" nonstick frying pan everyday. I will eventually need to replace it as I have done with other 10" frying pans I have bought from Calphalon but that will be after many years of daily use. Calphalon makes the best nonstick pans at a reasonable price.

Quality Way Down
I bought a complete set of Calphalon cookware years ago. Inevitably, it came time to replace the 10 inch sauce pan due to loss of the nonstick coating.
What a disappointment! The handle on the pan is lightweight rolled metal with junky connection to the pan. Next replacement will be with a much better built product from another manufacturer.
