Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must buy! I LOVE this pan. I want more to make an entire set. I don’t have a picture because as I make food I just finish and don’t take a picture. It’s so easy to use and to clean. I didn’t realize how bad my old ones were until I got this one. I’ve made eggs, hamburger helper, taco meat, browned chicken, a pasta sauce, and browned butter for baking in it. I have. It burned anything! This is the family favorite pan now. That’s sounds stupid but it’s true. I’m not sure how much it is but it’s proved it’s worth. Can’t wait to complete my set!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the pan so much These are great pans. The oil infused ceramic coating is amazing for non stick. The measurements inside the pans is great and easy to use. The straining lids are another great add. These pans check all the boxes. You do need to be careful of the coating though. I found my children to be careless when placing things inside them while they were in the sink. That can easily cause scratches.

Moisture doesn’t escape. It washes easily. We really like it and we’re pleasantly surprised. If all of Calphalon products are like this, I would get more.

I like that things don't stick to it and it's pretty light not very heavy. The only dislike I have about it is that It feels like the durability of the pan won't be long but I could be mistaken. Other than that the pan is great and I would definitely recommend getting it.

Evenly heats the pan well, washing was a breeze. The only thing I wish was the handle had some sort of heat protection on it. It’s a stainless handle which can get hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cooking pan They are well built and extremely easy to clean. The handles are braded on not screwed. The handles get warm to hot the closer you get to the pan itself but if you put a comfortable grip on the handle it is not hot just warm not hot at all. Nothing sticks to the pan and after letting them cool a bit just run warm water into the pan and everything washes right off. Take care of them and they should last a long time.

I was able to achieve a pretty nice sear on my meats as well. I love that it comes with a lid so if I'm cooking anything with grease I can avoid it splashing on myself or my kitchen. I didn't notice any issues with uneven heat distribution.

I made chilly chicken and it was tasty , perfect cooked, all uniform, soft and the most important: healthy ! The check the price point and it’s more than it values , for the material ( the base it’s a little heavy and help to distribute the heat perfectly ) the lid is a great transparent glass that keeps the heat and the flavors and the handle didn’t get warm at all, so it’s 100% safe from burns. Definitely in love with the brand and the improvements in technology they are always adding for their clients !
