Rated 5 out of 5 by from Want more I cook at home quite often but have never tried anything from this brand . If the rest of the line as high quality as this I want more ! Haven’t had it long enough to know if durability will last but so far so good . No issues. This skillet in particular is large ! I was able to make a big batch of spaghetti sauce using 2 ponds of beef and two 24 oz jars of sauce and could have added more . Even though it is lrg also cooked smaller meals just fine . Skillet seams to heat evenly and nothing sticks so far .

It cleans up like a dream, and it truly does not stick to your food! It's a nice heavy weight too which makes it feel like it holds heat evenly. I want to replace all my pans with this line now!!

A very good pan I love the size it’s big so just take up a little bit space but it does cook really well for sautéing It’s awesome as you can see. I did some peppers and add steak later on, but this is really nice. I love how the lid seals on the pan. The lid may be a little sharper around the edges so just be careful. I noticed when I was washing around, the glass there was a sharp edge other than that the pan is great. I can’t wait to cook more meals with it. I’m so excited it really does a good job. It’s nonstick it cleans up very easily. There’s no issue and it’s one of the best pans I own at this moment.

I love to cook so I’m always on the hunt for the right kind of pots, pans, etc. Calphalon Classic Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware delivers cooking versatility. Featuring AquaShield nonstick technology, this cookware line claims to perform like new 40% longer. Made with water-based nonstick and a hard-anodized exterior, it's dishwasher-safe for quick cleanup. I also like that it’s a deep pot so it makes frying easy. I definitely noticed it did a great job distributing the heat evenly, so my food came out cooked perfectly. Okay and the coolest thing about this pot is that it is oven safe. So you can go from stove top to oven just like that. Now with durability it does come with some added weight. However it isn’t as heavy as expected. So far, so good. I’m happy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Deep frying pan. The shape and weight to this frying pan is ideal for long lasting use. Deep enough to catch splatter and spits from oil and sauces. The heat distributes evenly and cooks well. Although it's a big size ots not heavy and is easy to move around. The non stick part of it is one of the best I've used, food doesn't stick and it's easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.

I used this to cook chicken and veggies last night and it was perfect for it! the nice high sidewalls prevented splashing. There was no sticking of food remnants to the pan! It is what I think is a must have in the kitchen!

I’ve cooked twice since I received it and I like cooking in this pan because the food doesn't stick to the bottom, it's made of a material that won't harm your health and it's super easy to wash. The size is perfect for what I cook everyday, I can make pasta, homemade sauce, and everything I want, I love it, I’m gonna buy the whole set

Judging by the quality of the material I can tell as long as I keep it clean I will have it for many years to come. It cooks so well and the end result doesn’t have me scrubbing hard! The large size and the depth make it perfect to cook almost any dish, and it’s non stick!
