Absolute junk
Purchased on 2/14/26 from Calphalon. When pan is heated, it warps. Very thin flimsy material, quite unlike Calphalon of the past. I requested a warranty replacement and was refused because the ‘pan doesn’t appear warped in the photos’. I explained it returns to its original shape when cool. Cooking with a warped pan on a ceramic cooktop is uneven at best. Time to move to a new product line. Avoid this pan and this company.

The Versatile Jumbo Frying Pan
I love my new Calphalon Jumbo Frying pan. I was replacing my old large, high sided frying pan that came with my set 40 years ago. I used it very often and it finally gave up the ghost. I like the new design that I recently purchased because it works well as a fry pan and wok.
